I am on paying monthly for Adobe pro however for the last month, I have been unable to sign documents. When I try to sign, the bottom of the screen just says loading. I am getting very frustrated with the system.2 votes
Delete files from the cloud
I need to delete some of these signed PDF's that are in the cloud. They store confidential personal information on them, and I want to delete them, but I don't see a way to delete - just to hide them. I want to download them and delete them from the cloud please. Thank you.1 vote

Hebrew fields not available on downloaded copies.
Bug report: when using the online pdf fill & sign tool, I filled a form and signed it. When I downloaded it, I discovered all signatures and filled data was OK, except fields filled with Hebrew text. English or numbers were OK. Since this was a government issued form, the only acceptable language is Hebrew and I wasn't able to fill it. Note that the Hebrew text was saved and appeared online fine - it's the downloaded version that was faulty.1 vote

Let me DELETE a file, I had no idea I was giving you a copy of a file with personal information and now you offer no option to delete it. This was a signed agreement for payroll, I would never have used your software if I realized it was uploading to your cloud and I can't delete it. I'll never use your software for anything like this again.1 vote
E-Sign not working
PDF documents do not show properly when downloading or printing any document. Any edit I make there is cut outs in the document.2 votes
Client how to videos
We have certain clients that have constant problems when going through the signing process. Why not have a link to a video that goes with the original email and allows the client to click to view instructions and walks through the signing experience?1 vote

The fill and sign templates are not opening for use, but instead show an error.
Need help with agreement templates - when attempting to use them, instead of loading it errors out. This happens frequently since the Adobe update/change to Adobe Acrobat.1 vote
Do not like the new website
The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. I consider myself pretty educated man and yet I cannot for the life of me figure out how Adobe can work with Google Drive. Bad signature quality
When I was first using Adobe Sign, the signature images were very high quality.

Could you provide more details about this? Do you mean that after you put your signature in the file it cannot be saved? Or you cannot save a copy? Also could you provide a screenshot if there's a error message?

Could you provide more details on how/where you opened the Adobe Sign documents, as well as the name of one of such documents and when it's signed so we can look into it?
It'd also be helpful if you could provide us a screenshot of the error.
