For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. We have now been told by several of our clients that they aren't receiving their e-signing email from Adobe until over a week later? This obviously disrupts our business significantly.

    Hi Carli,

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about this issue please? For example, if is with just emails outside your organization that are having this issue, also if the agreements are not getting redirected to spam or if they didn't get lost in their inbox, if you are getting the confirmation email that the agreement has been sent and any other information that you might deem important.

  2. We would like there to be a date/time stamp under our signature as well. Same as signer's signature.

  3. O meu email coordenacaoregistros@sbhci.org.br possui assinatura, porém eu não consigo utilizar "Solicitar assinaturas eletrônicas" ! Ao abrir esta opção, recebo a oferta de testar e pagar, mas já temos o plano pago pela Sociedade Brasileira de Hemodinâmica e Cardiologia Intervencionista CNPJ 73.603.748/0001-52.   4. Our end users are encountering a serious issues with the "Cookie Warning" box because it covers the final "Click to Sign" request and prevents them from finishing the electronic signing process. This has resulted in missed deadlines and huge frustration.

  9. ACROBAT DC PRO SIGN issue

    Different default view of the All Agreements page

    Please see the screenshots in the attached Doc1 file. This a comparison of my browser based DC PRO and the one installed on my PC.
    the webversion actually has a better default view in the manage all contracts screen than the installed version (red circles in my screenshot are all missing in the installed version, please add them)
    in the webversion I can see straightaway the recipient column and sender column. in the installed version I have to open each individual contract to see the recipient

  10. I sent a document out for three signatures to three different email addresses. Adobe placed the first recipient's signature in all three signature blocks and told me "all recipients signed" the document. This does not work, people!!!!!

  13. YOU MUST CHANGE "TAP TO SIGN" AT THE END TO "SEND"!!! My clients never complete the electronic signature process because "Tap to Sign" is confusing - THEY ALREADY SIGNED. It should read "SEND"!

  14. I need to remove a saved signature. Adobe is not allowing me to change it. This needs to b upgraded. it is a horrible feature.

  17. For people signing documents etc., after they have signed and applied, it should say Click to send, NOT Click to sign as most people think because they have already signed they do not need to click the button and then we don't receive and are chasing signed documents all the time.

  18. Your e-mail sending is faulty. You are interpreting the following SMTP response as an UNDELIVERABLE status which is completely false and incorrect, where it is very clear your mailer is not handling it correctly:

    [SMTP Status] 451 4.7.1 Please try again later

    Most SPAM filters employ damping as a mechanism to inform new senders to just try again later when a new domain is sending to a recipient. SPAMMERS do not resend e-mails.

    Adobe is now the first public commercial system that seems unable to understand this. This is VERY poor development practice.

  20. We are experiencing server errors whereby our data is not recorded. - that ticker/tracker says 0GB used out of 100GB .
