For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Competent help desk folks, please. I usually don't have issues with Acrobat, but I did today, which interrupted my business. I contacted you in hopes that you would care that I have issues, but you disconnected on me after typing in "Let me pull up your account"... that's awful customer service!

  2. I freaking hate your pop ups. I can no longer x out of them, so I can't actually use your web app because I can't navigate to the correct buttons to proceed through the adobe sign process. They give repetitive and unhelpful information. They come up EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document via adobe sign. I don't want a response, I just want them to be turned off.

  3. The new format for adobesign is sooooooooo bad! Super convoluted compared to what it was. When enter the email addresses, it wipes out the info from a form I just filled in. The only way I can do it is through the web vs the app, and the fields seem to be limited there. Please revert back. Why do so many people 'fix' what wasn't broken??

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about this issue? For example:

    • Where exactly in the process you are having issues
    • The fields that are limited and you need 
    • Anything else that you consider helpful to us

    Also, you should be able to change to the old version if you go to your Profile > Settings > E-signing settings > Uncheck use the latest version > Save

  4. Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

  5. Hello,
    I have some hardships I am experiencing with Adobe today. I have been working for about 2 hours now to try and compile a file to send for signature. It is very time consuming to delete out the auto populated fields I don't need (in the past, I could just hit the delete key and It went quickly), the file keeps erring out on me which results in kicking me out of it. I then have to log out of the website entirely and log back in to try and work on it again. It does not save my…

  6. Im really hating the new Adobe Sign Request Signature function. Its really not efficient at all. It takes me twice as long now to prepare a document for signatures. There should be a setting we can choose to leave our default on the older version should we so choose, instead of being forced into the new version, then to search for how to switch to legacy versions. Not a happy chappy here.

  12. ACROBAT DC PRO SIGN issue

    Different default view of the All Agreements page

    Please see the screenshots in the attached Doc1 file. This a comparison of my browser based DC PRO and the one installed on my PC.
    the webversion actually has a better default view in the manage all contracts screen than the installed version (red circles in my screenshot are all missing in the installed version, please add them)
    in the webversion I can see straightaway the recipient column and sender column. in the installed version I have to open each individual contract to see the recipient

  13. I sent a document out for three signatures to three different email addresses. Adobe placed the first recipient's signature in all three signature blocks and told me "all recipients signed" the document. This does not work, people!!!!!

  16. YOU MUST CHANGE "TAP TO SIGN" AT THE END TO "SEND"!!! My clients never complete the electronic signature process because "Tap to Sign" is confusing - THEY ALREADY SIGNED. It should read "SEND"!

  20. For people signing documents etc., after they have signed and applied, it should say Click to send, NOT Click to sign as most people think because they have already signed they do not need to click the button and then we don't receive and are chasing signed documents all the time.
