  3. The experience for sending for signature has been absolutely ruined. Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to remove the simple button that says "Send another document"? The new UI is convoluted, but that would be excusable if that one simple button was still there. Now you need to reload to the home page, then load up the sending page again. An additional step introduced for absolutely no reason.

    Hello,

We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature.

Please check the email's spam folder to verify the agreements you are sending are not being forwarded there by mistake.

If you are not able to find them, please double check if the agreement was sent with Sing in Order on. You can visualize this, following the next instructions:

    1. On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
    2. Click "In progress" under Agreements
    3. Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
    4. On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
    5. You will find the "Recipients" section
    6. If the recipients are listed with numbers, an email will be sent to the next recipient only when the previous one has signed the document
    7. If they are not listed with numbers, there should be no problem on…
  5. I had issues when Sending the document to signature, I could not delete any of the text in the message body.

  6. Limiting the file size on esign documents way down from what it was before hinders my productivity. I hate the new esign and want classic to return. I send large files for purposes of creating an auditing paper trail for a state university that require backup documentation to be included. The newly redesigned product does not do what it needs to do, and I am going to encourage the university to look into other esign programs going forward to use once the license expires. This sucks.

    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  7. Following up on my last feedback - I could not even apply "inputted text" the correct date format to be complaint to my work, nor can my colleagues :(

I tried with and with out spaces - I know why this occurred - I am requesting that my proposed date formats be added to E-signatures normal selections (auto) and manual text inputted options.

  8. The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

  9. Also related to the new e-sign interface, I don't see an option to cc a non-signatory administrative assistant who helps with tracking the progress and final filing of the signed documents. This has a significant negative impact on our business process and workflow.

  10. The new Request E-Signatures interface is un-intuitive and restrictive:
    - I was not previously restricted to a maximum file size of 8mb. I often work with large files that need signatures and this is very prohibitive for me.
    - I used to select an e-sign template initially before adding my other documents to be signed, and I had to google how to add other documents.
    - When adding multiple documents to sign initially (after discovering that I needed to do that), the only way to change the order is to use the arrows on the side, which is very clunky…

  11. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

The update, which seems to be merely a cosmetic facelift, has drastically reduced the tool's efficiency. For a company with…

  13. The updates made to the "Request E-Signatures" in Adobe Acrobat have made things a lot more difficult to use.

I use a template form to send multiple documents for sign-off by up to 4 people at a time. Each person has their section to complete and sign.

I used to be able to open one document, select "Request E-Signatures" and the "more options" would allow me to add more documents and add the template form I created online.

I am no longer able to do this through the Adobe Acrobat desktop application but have to do a long-winded roundabout way…

    Hi Clara,
Thanks for asking, I'm glad to help, the following steps might help you to use Prefill role:

    • Open a file with Request Signature
    • On Recipient modal: Allow sequential signing by checking the box,
    • On Recipient modal: The very first recipient shouldn't be yourself, or the "account user", please enter a different recipient than yourself.
    • Prepare document as usual.
    • Prefill role should be enabled through Context Menu (Click the desired field on page > Change recipient > Prefill)
    • Review & Send

If this information wasn't helpful, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

This will switch you to the earlier version for this specific draft only. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue.

    We are sorry you are…

  15. The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.

There are three major issues I've had with it:

    1. Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees. A document preparer who is…

  17. This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

  18. When sending documents for e-signatures, it would be nice to be able to send documents from email addresses other than the email my Adobe ID is with.
I run multiple businesses and don't want clients from Business B knowing my personal email or email for Business A.

Many people these days have multiple email addresses.

It would also be nice to be able to edit the email subject line when requesting an e-signature on a document.
