For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. It needs to be easier to send a template document for signature. It used to be very quick and simple. Now you have to go to documents>templates>[click a template]>use template OR documents>all agreements>[status changed to library document]>Search specific fields>[find the template>send.
    This just isn't suitable.
    It is nonsensical to not be able to select a template when you click any of the 'Request Signatures' or 'Fill & sign' options throughout the site.

    Very frustrated at how bad this UI and user journey is.

  2. Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

  3. You can get it to work. Your support team where on my PC for 2 hours today. and they said the online version works and it doesn't. I still can not send anything out for signature to clients. I have had enough.

  4. Adobe sign is not loading. I click "send for signature" and get the "Loading Adobe Sign.." along with the loading wheel that never stops.

  5. I want ONE Page where I can manage my signature process. On that page, I can add documents (even if a pop-up window needs to be used for data entry) and manage the entire document process. Your current navigation is absolutely the worst imaginable. Go to one page (or app) to upload a document for signature, another one to check it's status, a third to sign, it's insane. You guys have FUBAR'd EchoSign completely. Whoever manages the DC product line needs to be fired. Today.

  7. I don't know why the e-sign feature has suddenly changed but it's absolutely terrible. I used to be able to see a neat list of every contract that went out for signature and they would be categorized by whether or not they had been signed yet with the recipient's email address listed for easy identification. Now it just shows that a a list of contracts was sent out, which they all look the same with the same name and must be individually opened in order to see who the recipient is. This change has actually caused a lot of frustration.…

  8. After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

  9. Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

  13. The experience for sending for signature has been absolutely ruined. Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to remove the simple button that says "Send another document"? The new UI is convoluted, but that would be excusable if that one simple button was still there. Now you need to reload to the home page, then load up the sending page again. An additional step introduced for absolutely no reason.

  14. this new interface is very difficult to use. makes mistakes by placing signatures in the wrong spot and i can not figure out how to undo the auto place fields. very frustrating

    Hello Simon,

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new experience. If you’ve placed a field by mistake, here are a few ways to remove it:

    • Press Command (⌘) + Z on macOS to undo.
    • Press Ctrl + Z on Windows to undo.
    • Right-click the field and select "Delete Field".
    • Click the field and press the Delete key on your keyboard.

  15. Hello, when we send multiple documents for e-signature, the file name by default appears as "binder agreement". I always rename it to the name I would prefer however, the edited name is never accepted. The documents once sent for e-signature will revert back to "binder". Can this be resolved? It appears very weird that the client receiving the document for signature receive it as "binder" for signature.

  16. My recipient David Granado cannot open the w9 and direct deposit links i sent him. He says it times out. I tried texting your AI bot, but it's useless. Is this a browser issue from my recipient or are the links bad?

  17. The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

  18. What is being done to make e-sign more user friendly? I have had two customers within the past week who thought they signed a doc I sent, but I never received the signed version. Please work on making this more user-friendly, since it's a big time suck having to walk people through the process

  19. After I upload the file it starts to prepare for signature; I see the document appear for a second, and then says something went wrong and goes back to the file upload. I don't want to send the doc here as it is sensitive and I don't need all of help desk having access.

  20. Adobe Sign/E-sign keeps erroring out when I try to add a signature block. I have tried to use it 7 times and it keeps crapping out.

    I have used different documents. I have tried to make a template.
    I have tried to use a PDF and Word document.

    I am very disappointed -- how can I rely on AdobeSign for time sensitive items?
