For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    What happened? Within the last week or so Acrobat documents are taking a L O N G time to open. Getting a bit frustrating using this product.

  4. Copy text ommitting letters

    The letter "g" is visible in text, but is copied to clipboard as a space.

  5. Bug during E-Sign

    Whenever I am sending a file to be e-signed, the email i initially type in will disappear from the field once I go to type in the person's name! PLEASE FIX THIS! This bug has been happening to myself and coworkers for months now.

  8. Unable to Redact the invoces PII data

    Hi Team,

    I have a licenced version of Acobat with me. Where I can have multiple features like eidt, add comments, combine files, organize pages, split a pdf, delete pages, extract pages, reoder pages, Rotate pages, insert pages, crop pages, number pages, Protech pages and Redact a pdf. These options are missing in my licenced version earlier I had these options with me. Kindly look into it and get this issue fixed ASAP.

  9. Your new layout hurts usability

    Move the items in the right banner back to the left or top - or at a minimum allow the user to choose where they go. I am constantly looking for them, and their placement is bad. I mainly use acrobat on the web to read pdfs, not to edit them. Not being able to easily find the tools to move around the document, makes your product less usable.

  12. Esignature is too small

    When I have to get a signature, sometimes the signature on the phone comes out super small. Perhaps a way to help format the size before finalized. I know it is already "complicated" for those who are not tech savvy, so it may not be possible. Here is an example for info though. Thanks.
