For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The site isn’t working well when viewing on a mobile device. The file names don’t show on the dashboard. Also, I wanted to send a reminder for someone to sign and I couldn’t. I’m attaching a screenshot of what the screen looked like and I was unable to scroll to the left or zoom out to try to set the reminder. I would have included a screenshot of the dashboard but this only allows me to attach one file. Please fix, thank you!

    Device info: iPhone 7, iOS 12.

  2. Document cloud is way worse than any other document signing software. You removed the recipients names from the list ... Why remove data??? And now I cannot delete completed documents .... Why remove features??? So now I have to search through 80 documents individually just to find out who I sent documents to rather than glancing over the list, plus the more I use this terrible software the more documents I am going to have to go through. I just do NOT understand why you would remove features and data?????????????????????????????????

  3. I have always though of you people as being time rich. You have nothing to do all day, which is why you keep changing your software. I used to be able to find a link to a document on the cloud site, now some time rich Adobe employee has moved it.

  5. New interface is ugly, harder to use, slower to use, more confusing, and not as intutive...for example, if I'm dragging and dropping multiple images to send, instead of waiting for me to finish, it keeps wanting to "reset" to the 'send' dialogue box. Why make it unnecessarily more difficult to use, and less user-friendly? Old concept was easy, clean, everything was super easy to use.

  6. The new Adobe Sign interface is very difficult to use--especially the For Signature list where you are supposed to view/manage all of your signatures/status.

    The old Adobe Sign Manage section was WONDERFUL--easily could view what was happening with the different sections:
    Waiting for Me to Sign
    Out for Signature
    Signed
    Canceled
    Archived
    Library Templates

    The new format is hard to view, I can't delete excessive drafts to clean things up and it doesn't even show the name of the other party in the list--you have to click on it and read through the info at the right.

  8. Why can I print from Adobe document stupid cloud. I should of never updated. When I do print half the pages is missing . Wish I could go back to old version without an update Also when I want to send a email I would like to go thru google email .

  10. This new version is highly unintuitive and I can't find anything!!! Change it back!!! To find my templates for example, I need to go to the "For signature" section and then go to a drop down box to find my templates. And where are all the documents which have already been signed by all parties? there is a list of agreements but no column to tell me who the main parties are to the document, I have to click through every one to find the one I am after (since they are all the same document and have the same…

  11. This new interface is absolutely awful. I have had nothing but trouble and I can't even figure out when something has uploaded with another item. Boy, have you ever taken a gem of a program and made it difficult to use. I'm afraid that I am going to have to find another cloud share program as I am not going to be able to waste any more time.

    We’ve added a Share Files and Send for Review quick start buttons in DC Home to make it easier to upload and send files.

    I'm incredibly disappointed with the document cloud service. Consistently get Adobe Sign Is Not available at this time. And also its very difficult to find the signed document you want. I should be able to look documents up by email address it was sent to. please improve this.

  13. I HATE THE NEW INTERFACE. It never loads. I've cleared the cache, I've reset the browser, I've tried everything short of standing on my head. This whole "Adobe Sign is not available at this time" **** is unacceptable.

  14. I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues. This is such a surprise for such an established company like Adobe. If you had focus groups they sure weren't…

  19. The change over is completely terrible. Navigation is horrible. Nothing is located conveniently. Takes forever to find things. Wish it would go back to the way it was

  20. Hello!

    How can I connect Document Cloud to Creative cloud? And why are they separated in the first place..Or alternatively, Adobe Scan app should have an option to save the pdf in the creative cloud instead.
