New Adobe esign post Classic has changed dramatically - bad UX - bring back Classic
Terrible new upgrade on UX. As a product manager I had to give you feedback and this is the only way I can find to do it. Filling an agreement from template didn't save (even when asked to) and I could only read what I added after hovering over the boxes. Also it jumped around horrendously. Bring back Classic - it worked

Nachdem Ich Dokumente aus der DocumentCloud heruntergeladen habe und diese danach lösche, tauchen diese relativ häufig wieder in der Cloud auf, wenn Ich die Cloud das nächste Mal öffne(nicht direkt, sondern zeitversetzt)

Adobe DC PRO & Standard DC download fix
Adobe DC PRO is what I signed up and subscribed for, yet just bought a new lapto, went to do the install & instead of DC PRO, I received plain standard ADOBE DC ? ,, Also the printer driver wasn't and isn't included automatically during the install process so the customers manually has to install like now, I have found myself attempting to do same to resolve this ongoing apparent issue with your software. Can't access new license (also, Adobe support is thoroughly useless)
I am unable to access an acrobat pro dc license that has been paid for and assigned. I have spent a long time - twice - with your chat support team. Such an awful experience, they were unhelpful and asked me to download files when they did not know what was in them. The installation still did not work. I'm still waiting for a callback from support to get this working... I'm blown away at how terrible Adobe's service has been so far. An absolute waste of time. Would love some actual help -- 845-300-6133.

I renamed a file thinking it was saved now i cant even find images
I HAVE RENAMED MY ADOBE SCAN FILE DOCUMENT OF IMAGES TAKEN AND SAVED IT BUT IT DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY AND I DONT HAVE THOSE PHOTOS AT ALL IN CLOUD STORAGE OR EVEN HERE IN ADOBE SCAN APP PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER IT OR RETRIEVE SOMETHING I RENAMED A FILE OF IMAGES BECAUSE IT VANISHED AND I CANT FIND THEM. You have multiple profiles linked to your ID; however you can only send documents with Adobe Sign when you logged in with one of the profiles.

Making the product do what it says it can wold be a nice touch. For instance combine files and then just showing them all, selected or not and just sit there--no save, no combine, no further instructions is pretty STUPID and a waste of time.

File Combination Fails 30% of the time
About 30% of my file combinations fail out of the hundreds of files I have to combine each week. I can't even use a different function of Adobe to combine them, I have to use a different website entirely. It's been going on for months and its absolutely ridiculous. I pay for a service that doesn't even work a third of the time.
