  1. Adobe Acrobat does not work.

    I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat for years and have the app on my desktop, but every time I try to open it , I receive a message that my subscription status cannot be verified. When I sign in and try again, there are no results. When I try to download the app again, I get your "Oops" message. In short, Adobe does not work for me; you just take my money and tell me to go jump.

  2. Valid Emails Bouncing

    Valid emails are bouncing when trying to use Adobe Sign. I've tried canceling. Resaving and resending. Etc. Been happening since late yesterday.

  3. Adobe Acrobat for Teams Entering Data in pdf forms

    !This is about Adobe Acrobat for Teams!
    We are using Teams and just installed the Adobe Acrobat App. We are working with many different pdf forms where coworkers fill in data with e.g. their working hours. It would be kindly apprechiated that we can share a .pdf within Teams, then people can fill in Data to the .pdf form.
    First Picture (nr1.jpg) shows a section of the .pdf form in teams where u cant fill in data. Second Picture (nr2.jpg) shows a section of the .pdf form opened in Chrome, where you can fill in data!

  5. wrong wording

    Words in excel is in arabic
    each word is written vise versa

    Example : if the word is play
    it is written in the converted version " yalp "

  7. Font size too big for boxes

    Your form filling is bad, the letters are too big for the input boxes so most of the form inputs are only partly elligible. You should include an option to change the size of the text.

    Thanks for your feedback. The fill and sign tool should have options to change font size. Could you please share more details for the issue you're facing and a screenshot if possible.

  8. Failure to save

    After completing a PDF, I clicked 'close' and the saving spinning circle came up. The document did not save, meaning that I have to re-do it. This is not incommon on a MacBook and sometimes iPad. The App only works will any kind of reliability on a Samsung S20 Ultra.

  11. Fill and sign convoluted and ineffective

    Unable to sign without opening in app.
    Unable to open in app without downloading and creating a copy.
    Do not understand the function of cloud based sign and share if I have to jump through ten million hoops to sign online.

  12. View file name and rename from Fill and sign page

    Sarebbe molto utile se nella pagina "Compila e firma" si potesse vedere il nome del file su cui si sta lavorando e lo si potesse rinominare (come funziona ad es Google Doc).

    Include the e-signing message text (that is included with the email notifications) into the audit report, so that it provides the complete "picture" of events.

  14. Fill & Sign once more broken - get it fixed permanently please!!!!!!!!!

    Bug detected...
    Fill&Sign does not save the entries made for downloading and or sending by email. The only way entered text can be recovered is by reopening the edited document in Fill&Sign during the same session but that is meaningless as you cannot download or send anyway. Pleas fix this bug asap because it makes a major functionality for which I have paid obsolete.

  15. eine Signatur ist zu wenig und die Stempel funtionieren nicht

    Ich brauche mehr als eine Signatur.
    Und mehrere benutzer definierte Stempel.
    Wenn ich augenblicklich Stempel aus einer Datei in Acrobat als Stempel hinterlege, werden diese nicht auf Papier als Stempel aufgebracht, sondern verdecken in Ihrer Gesamtheit alles was auf dem Papier im Hintergrund sichtbar bliebe.
    Einfach ungeeignet.

  16. Need way to amend signed documents

    Adobe Sign is great for my business, but I have one major problem: the inability to update/amend a signed agreement. Example: I noticed one box left unchecked by mistake on an agreement. I would like to be able to submit this agreement to the signers to both initial / sign off on the amendment and then update the one missing box. As it stands now, I have to re-do the entire document. It is a huge pain and creates complications due to duplicate documents.

  17. Adobe sign

    I bought the Adobe sign package for a year & i have not been able to use it ever since.

    I tried adding my sign & tried adding a doc for sign & all i see for hours is a loading sign.

    there is no live chat else any other user friendly & easy way of contacting somebody to fix the issue.

    my money is wasted & i am using alternate methods to sign my documents.

  18. add a business stamp option to "fill & sign"

    Dans l’application "Remplir et signer" en plus de la signature et du paraphe, il serait bon de pouvoir enregistrer un ****** (cachet commercial) qui pourrait aussi être apposé sur les documents.

    Je ne trouve pas de moyen de faire cela, mais il serait probablement très simple de l’ajouter à l’outil.

  20. Click to Sign change to Submit Signature

    Kindly change the "click to sign" to Submit Signature.
    This is confusing to most especially when they have already inputted their signature on the signature line.
