Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. When I try to get into Adobe Sign it looks like I can only have one user - even the program I purchased said 2-9 people.

    Thank you for posting. If you click on Shared for Viewing on the left hand side you’ll see a list of all the files you’ve shared. Is there something in that view that you aren’t ale to do or find difficult to do?

  8. I need to be able to delete both erroneously created templates, as well as documents. /link/home for document cloud is stacking up and it's becoming messy.

    File names in Hebrew have a backwards character order. First few chars are ok, but the next ones are backwards.

    We identified and corrected an issue that was affecting uploads of large files.

  11. the converting tool from pdf to excel ist useless because the result is e.g. that dates are converted in characters an not in numbers!!!!

  13. I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.

    I have a message o the following effect
    "Please wait...

    if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."

    (but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )

  15. Is it no longer possible to create widgets?
    I haven't been able to find out how to do that on the new interface.

  16. When looking what still pending signature, I can only do this for about 10 minute before it times out then have to log out and back in again. This is ridiculous, why can this not just be refreshed??? I have tried different browsers and incognito mode in case it was the extensions and this still is not working as it should be!!

    We’ve resolved an issue that was affecting the uploading of large files.

  20. Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!
