For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I've uninstalled Acrobat Reader on MacOS only to realize later that there is an uninstaller I need to use (why?). The only option I see is to purchase a subscription for Acrobat DC just to be able to download the uninstaller. This is absurd.

  2. Hi- I’ve canceled my subscription during the trail period but got charged anyway/ the cancellation was not properly processed. I only saw the charges recently. I have not accessed the account beyond the trail period, as you can verify. Can you please refund the 2 months paid? Thank you. — Mark-Simon Benjamins

  8. The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. The red and black color scheme is nice.

  15. I am using a top of the line MacBook pro and have maximum Xfinity WiFi speed with extenders. This service is still unreasonably slow, and I would prefer to cancel except you lock me in after the 14 day trial period for a year? I will warn the world about you on all social media outlets!
