Cannot delete account due to error messages
Hi There,
I signed up for a free account and I have tried out a few functions, this is not what I am looking for.
I tried to delete my account but ran into some errors.
This apparently locked my account, preventing me from deleting my account
Could you please move forward with deleting my account for me.

Review of the combine tool for users
The product is terrible.... How can Adobe asks customers to pay for a basic simple app that it will not allow the customer to explore and prove to work. Segment your customer base , understand what people want deliver! Get a new head of product please!

UI Improvements
In the documents, where you list all the documents, you have recent, starred, shared, Agreement. Coming from DocuSign, there are improvements that could be made from a customer perspective. See the following notes:
- You can't star agreement or agreeement templates? Why not - very strange since this one of the default choices for view.
- Another missing view is just template agreements - quickly find them to "Use" them.
- Agreements should also have a complete agreement view/filter.
- The webform is interesting but we should have choices. For example, we do rentals and the workflow should be to have the client prefill…

Combine files
Jeg har et aktivt Acrobat Pro abonnement, men får allikevel opp at jeg må oppgradere for å slå sammen filer.

Purchasing subscription in Serbia
It is absolutely insane that you do not offer a direct purchase of subscription from Serbia, a country in the middle of Europe with 10 million people living here! It's 21st century guys!

Stick to the request
I've forgotten my password. I follow the steps to reset forgotten password, however I always end up with a sales pitch to upgrade. Please stick to the reset and stop interfering with the sales pitches

No sign out option
There is no Signout option once you have logged in to an account. I need to be able to switch easily. This seems like a very poor oversight

Please add dark mode
I cannot figure out how to put Adobe Acrobat in dark mode. And I greatly prefer working in dark mode.

- Go to Profile and open settings
- On the setting pop up, scroll down to see the Appearance setting. Please check attached screenshot
- Select the value to Dark and click on Save.

Webformulare Euro als Währung
In den Webformularen wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn die Währung Euro in Feldern unterstützt würde und mit diesen validierten Werten mit dem korrekten "," als Trennzeichen gerechnet werden könnte.

Terrible support system
The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..
being transferred to multiple different people, getting different answers that don't solve the problem. explaining the issue over and over to multiple different people. I'm still waiting to find a solution to my problem and have 2 support tickets open 883306/8833022 votes -
Adobe sucks
Google listing says free pdf editor yet as soon as I try to make an edit I need to subscribe. I will tell the original creator of this document to never send me a PDF ever again. It costs money for me to make the smallest of adjustments. Your product is a total waste of time!

PDFs will NOT open on my laptop!
Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

Help to cancel free 7 day trial
I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

Why is there no Document List/List of Agreements on the E-Sign panel?

Stop hiding the cancellation option!
Why do you make it so hard to cancel a subscription— where is the option?? this is exactly why I will never sign up again with Adobe.

Complaint about popups preventinhg use of tools
Please remove popups demanding i purchase another plan. They stop me using my plan. I cant use the adobe app because of it and it still happens when I access the on line service. Enormously frustrating jobs take 5x times longer than they should. I am going to cancel my subscription if this isnt sorted out

High tech version did not save excel correctly
Hello, I had an excel book with three sheets. I went to save them to PDF to share with others. It offered me the choice of High Quality approach v ordinary. I choose High quality - and the result was 5 pages due to two of the sheets having a line on a second page. I could not see any way to alter this.
I then tried again using the ordinary service and it produced quickly the required three page document.
So why does your top notch version not pick up the page settings in excel? Fairly basic.
