Adobe Acrobat does not work.
I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat for years and have the app on my desktop, but every time I try to open it , I receive a message that my subscription status cannot be verified. When I sign in and try again, there are no results. When I try to download the app again, I get your "Oops" message. In short, Adobe does not work for me; you just take my money and tell me to go jump.

False Advertising
The company and makes false advertising in the google search, where it appears as "Compact PDFs for free online | Adobe Acrobat (Brazil)", when clicking on the link, the company blocks the service through a window where it informs the subscription options.

Valid Emails Bouncing
Valid emails are bouncing when trying to use Adobe Sign. I've tried canceling. Resaving and resending. Etc. Been happening since late yesterday.

Sometimes Adobe Sign returns invisible signatures when I specifically make them 'visible' when preparing the form- is there a way to make all signatures visible?

export to word looks bad all of a sudden
Hi, I used your PDF to DOCX conversion just a few months ago, and it worked very well. I am using it now, and the output looks much worse - not something I can submit for my work. DId you guys change how the conversion works? Because now it provides no value for me.

Adobe Acrobat for Teams Entering Data in pdf forms
!This is about Adobe Acrobat for Teams!
We are using Teams and just installed the Adobe Acrobat App. We are working with many different pdf forms where coworkers fill in data with e.g. their working hours. It would be kindly apprechiated that we can share a .pdf within Teams, then people can fill in Data to the .pdf form.
First Picture (nr1.jpg) shows a section of the .pdf form in teams where u cant fill in data. Second Picture (nr2.jpg) shows a section of the .pdf form opened in Chrome, where you can fill in data!1 vote -
Useless agents
Your "Service" agents are useless. I have been trying to report since the 15th August that the automatic emailed invoice is incorrect. The conversion from USD on the invoice should be to ZAR for the Creative cloud, but it is being sent with GBP conversion. When I download the invoice from the website, it is correct, but your emailed invoice is wrong.

Worst applicaion ever
Acrobat is the worst application I have ever used. I have a Pro account and cannot install the full client on my Mac. I have run the Creative Cloud Uninstaller - it ran 'with errors'. I have downloaded the AcrobatDCInstaller and it does nothing.
I use the Cloud version and cannot find how to create a hyperlink - it indicates I must use the full client to do so but (above) the freaking app won't install.
So much wasted time on an application that is not intuitive or even works.
