For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Not working. Refund demanded.

    Megasign is not working. I want a refund on everything since that was the reason I even paid for adobe sign and adobe acrobat reader

  3. ERRO AO CRIAR O LINK

    Prezados senhores:
    Foi meu primeiro uso em "teste" ainda. Precisava acrescentar a expressão "LIDO ATÉ AQUI" no texto. Fiz isto e... o que eu esperava é que pudesse salvar o arquivo. A opção que encontrei era "enviar arquivo". Não quero enviar, quero salvar para meu uso pessoal. Tentei "Criar o link" Deu o seguinte erro: send.error_timeout. Não consegui realizar o meu intento. O que fazer? Como nem consegui o que precisava, desisti do produto. Alguma solução?

  5. Share Feature- for others to review a file should include

    I'd like to be able to print an audit report in connection with files I share. When it was opened, which IP etc.

  6. Typing RETURN creates unwanted "/n" characters in message field

    When I type a "Return" into the message field this causes the characters "/n" to appear in the message (Windows 10 PC). Can you please stop that? I would like to have the ability to present a message properly spaced without extra characters (I don't want) appearing.

  8. No function in adobe sign

    Adobe Sign is not working! Online wizard is not able to make a simple PDF to a singable PDF and send it out. Looks good, works not.

  9. Horrible product horrible experience

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Could not be worse, literally. half an hour to sign in, now it looks like it sent to 1/3 emails, and I have no idea how to actually sign it. I'm so angry and disappointed!

    I would like to be able to update the shared file with a new pdf that contain the changes suggested in the comments. I also would like to retain the comment history of previous pdfs,

  12. Can't sign a file that is already in Document Cloud.

    There is a file ready fo me to sign in the documentcloud. It is in the Home tab. When I select it and click "Fill & Sign" I am asked to upload a file. I don't want to upload a document, because it is already there and I selected it to be able to sign it but the system appears to have forgotten all that.
    This is a bug, right ? It makes no sense to me otherwise.

  13. add a photo or screenshot

    how can you add an image to these?

    Feedback often involves the client telling us to change out one photo for another and it would be ideal to be able to do that using comments.

  14. Header not exported correctly

    When exporting max excel files to PDF the converter changes headers and footers to random strings not what is in the file

  15. Cannot allow comments when saring

  16. Not converting well (a lot of errors in conversions)

    it is not converting as it is. there is a lot of changes in conversion.
    Pls see to it. What i expected, it didn't fulfill even to 50%.

    Adobe does not send pass word to phone have tro resend, resend, resend resend resend reasend,

    Finally ******* sends verification code and then closes account for 24 ******* hours due to too many attempts.

  19. Adobe scan multiple pages different sizes

    Adobe Scan has an annoying issue regarding scanning. I scan a 4 pages A4 document and each page gets a different size! Please fix this or provide us a way to define the size for all pages of a single document.

  20. url or code for web form

    Please update your tutorial for web forms. The new sign interface is not user friendly. The old version was easy to get code or a url for a website. Can't find it anywhere now and your tutorial shows the old interface
