Date formats improvements on E-signatures
Following up on my last feedback - I could not even apply "inputted text" the correct date format to be complaint to my work, nor can my colleagues :(
I tried with and with out spaces - I know why this occurred - I am requesting that my proposed date formats be added to E-signatures normal selections (auto) and manual text inputted options.

unauthorized signature added to an unknown document
yesterday I opened an e mail from pascao, a document poped up, automaticaly signed with my acrobat account, then disappeared. I cant seem to find the document anywhere and I dont know what my signature was added to. I didnt have a chance to review the document prior to my signarue being added, that being said, it was probably something I would not have signed. Im concerned about this, I should at least be able to find the document in my account somewhere, but I cant..

Mutiple documents for signature
Recently a change was made that disallowed me to send multiple documents for signature to the same person at the same time. I now have to send them separately which takes three times as long to do. Please revert it to the way that it was.

We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

Update Glitches
The new update is awful! The text does not auto-size anymore so you can't see the full text in the form fields and my templates are now not working properly.

Dreadful updates.
This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

Web PDF Compression tool - Ignores low compression selection
I have a PDF that's about 50MB. I wanted to compress it using the Low Compression option which estimated it would be about 24MB. I've tried it several times now and each time it outputs a 7MB file and breaks the design. It seems to disregard the Low Compression selection entirely.

Shared doc to whom?
In Adobe Acrobat, why are certain documents indicated that these documents are shared, although I have never allowed that. Furthermore I cannot see or retrieve with whom I am sharing these documents? Please advise, thx.

AI Assitant
Ai Assistant was a big reason I upgraded. I wasn't expecting that the AI could only analyze 120 pages, but was glad to see that I can extract 120 pages into separate files and have the assistant function. It seems slow at first to start but after the initial start it is relatively quick with responses. When will it be able to analyze larger PDFs?

TERRIBLE Customer support- Causedmetocancel
I spoke to at least 10 different customer service reps on Adobe. All were incredibly unknowledgeable. Because of this, you have lost my business and probably 10-fold more because I will absolutely be sharing my terrible experience with you all with all of my business partners. Good luck and goodbye

User-friendly features for beginners
1) Unable to save a copy of the form with another name and protect the original.
2) Unable to undo a change. No arrow to undo.Your software needs to be user-friendly.

Adobe not opening
I cannot open some of the Adobe files I have been working on. rebooted several times. no change. checked for updates and when I try to do it I get this error page. I cannot figure out why it's not working and I pay for this service every month. :( Please help!

Adobe is useless on my laptop. Can't re-install without paying more money. Now what am I going to do???????????????????????????????
I uninstalled adobe on my laptop thinking I can re-install it because all functions stopped. Now I can't do that. Your brainless robot is useless and needs to be removed. I don't want to spend more money and I'm being forced to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Autosplit Plugin gone?
I had Acrobat DC, it had an autosplit function, your so called Improvements have removed this function, I split one PDF into multiple documents by a string of matching text, now we can no longer do this, any suggestions for a solution, there is no support for your expensive product!

Unhappy with changes
Am disappointed with the new changes. I can no longer fill/sign multiple files at once and the combine file gives an error "could not organize"

Automatic Field Detection Issue
Please, please, please, please turn off automatic field detection. It's ruining documents pre-prepared to send out for signature. The auto field detection is covering information already populated on the form and, in some cases, erases the information. This causes the client to have to sign multiple times or I have to print the form after signature to fill in the erased information. HELP
