For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. You can make it possible for me to see my payment terms for this product. I have a new credit card, and I need to check my settings for your product to see if I need to update my credit card. That seems like a basic option that should be available.

  3. Previously there was a "Sign and Send" feature that seems to have been removed in the latest update.

    I routinely send documents that need my signature plus the signature of a subcontractor. So I prepare my document with a signature block for me and for the other person.

    Previously, I could click "Sign and Send" which would let me immediately sign and then send the document along.

    Now, I have to click "Review and Send" which sends the document to me (the first signer). The next step does offer the "It's time to sign" option which is definitely helpful. But…

  4. Every Monday, I send out dozens of work orders to be signed, usually in groups of 4 or 5 to the same person. However, I need each PDF to be separate… and the current system will combine multiple files into one document. So currently, I have to send each document individually.

    It would be great if I could add several files to the e-sign workflow for one person, add the signature boxes for each one, and then send them all separately still … but I think there is a step or two that could be combined. Thanks!

  5. auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect.

    Fix it where we can send the documents we need to for signature without always having this error.

  7. My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!

  14. Train your customer support agents. Like even just a little training would be helpful before you throw them onto the chat line. I went though 15 different agents for 4 hours across 2 days to get info that should have taken 10 minutes for someone to find on internal documentation. Extremely frustrated with this experience. The worst part of it all is that there was never an actual solution to my issue. I will be looking for a different product moving forward.

  15. I have 2 separate issues with templates for esigning.

    1- I have created a template for the 2024 W4, however every time I try to use the template for another employee it get stuck in the preparing file for esign and when I refresh the page it just says error has occurred. At this point I have to open the W4 new each time and redo the boxes/areas to sign and fill in each time, which defeats the purpose of the creating a template.
    i have been through this with customer support and I have re-created the template multiple times…

  16. Hi, I just want to convert pdf's I received because the provider left me no other option (rather had . csv format).

    Why am I stuck now without the free converter but are pushed to some subscription ? WTF happened to the 'free converter' ?

    Blè. Better start hiring more programmers than lawyers, marketeers and psychologists to provide better ADDED VALUE people REALLY need.
