Unacceptable cancellation fee
Absolutely unacceptable to charge cancellation fee, especially considering the electronic signature (using a USG Common Access Card) did not work. I'll never use Adobe again.

Removed functionality to CC recipients
It appears in this latest update you removed the ability to CC someone on a signature submission. We used this all the time as FYI and do not want to have additional people required to sign or review

You can add a CC email in the Review and send dialog following this steps:
- When you finish adding the fields for the recipients, click Review and send
- A dialog should open, where you can see the recipients emails, the name of the agreement and under the message text box there should be a More options link
- Click More Options
- At the bottom there is a section for Add CC
- Add the email you want as CC and click Add
- The email will appear under this section, you can remove it if need it or add more before you send it.
You can go back to editing the agreement if need it and the CC emails should be saved!

Go back to the old e-sign, new one is rubbish
your new Adobe e-sign is rubbish! So many more steps than before, it jumbles the document title and I have to rewrite it, I placed the signature box where it should be and nope, it changed the location and now the signature is in a completely different place! I have to add email addresses all over again and names - why do I need to add names!? Revert back to the old method immediately, there was NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! Poor use of notifications
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP sending me product notifications. it is one thing to send me a product update being available, but the constant nonsense being spouted by Adobe cloud is not helpful, and distracting.

Well, I decided to quit the installation of Acrobat. …

Adding more than one template
Please can we attach more than one template to an e-sign document! We used to be able to attach a few, whereas now I get an error message when I try to attach more that one. This will hugely influence whether our company can continue to use Adobe!

Hard time signing in

Program is getting worse not better
Your program doesn't work anymore!
I select Request e-signatures and then get one of the many pages I want to bring over and it goes immediately into add email and name mode and ready to send.... but I need to add 6 more pages. I go in to EDIT and try to add pages and it brings them in but I can't read the tiny thumbnails to confirm they are the right pages. Then I say save and I get two errors at the bottom of the page.
This program has only gotten worse since I first started with it.…

why has adobe changed the way e signatures can be sent this has all changed and is a lot longer to send

Feature / Capability missing after update
I'm guessing you recently in the last few days did an update to the E-Signature feature. In my opinion, you significantly broke the product. I have documents where I use "fields" to identify and quickly setup intent. Those no longer work. Here's an example: {{Siges:signer1:signature}}. This used to setup the field without my intervention. I also don't see the ability to
manage the size / shape of the fields. I now have to drag each and BTW, it's not easy to put the mouse in the EXACT spot you want. I'm very dissatisfied.1 voteWe are sorry you are having trouble with this feature and we appreciate your feedback. In Acrobat web you can go back to the previous version with the following steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

Read aloud
Allowing the read aloud on iPads. I can access it on my computer using the online site but an unable to on my tablet or when I download the app. It’s inconsistent and makes the program unreliable.
