Very laggy Pro appThe Adobe Pro app is EXTREMELY laggy, especially: (1) when you first start it, (2) when SCROLLING through the document (not even when editing!), (3) and it takes even longer to CLOSE the app. Every time I click X it freezes and I have to force close the process. I am using an i7 computer and I cannot imagine how other, slower computers must have it. Please, ask your programmers to change the way Adobe launches, so that functions such as editing etc don't launch on startup/view, and only launch when I ask for them. Frustrating formatting issueHello, with the updated version of Adobe Sign the text formatting saved in my document templates are not carrying over when I prepare the document to send. I now have to manually update the paragraph settings of every form field even though the settings are correct in the template. This is a very time consuming issue for me. 1 vote

No help platform to findI have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! Wo exportiere ich in der Cloud eine PDF als PDF auf meinen Rechner?Hallo ich bin neu hier. Wieso kann ich eine PDF Datei in Acrobatreader in der Cloud gespeichert nicht als PDF herunterladen?  If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
 1. Click on your profile icon.
 2. Select "Settings".
 3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
 This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What's new popup & unable to save preference changesThe What's New message pops up every time i open a document & every time I update one of my preferences they revert back to the default settings. 1 vote

Data and signature field sizes.I love that I can adjust the size of most fields, but: 
 1. Please set the "Initials" field to a smaller size. Every time I have to add an INITIALS field I have to resize it.
 2. When I copy an INITIALS field, or other fields it would be great if all the same Formatting copied as well.
 3. Please change the size of the saved eSignatures so they match the size of the signature field and do not appear so small.1 vote

signature request email & way to create request HORRIBLEThe update that was done where everything changed and how the email is for the customer to sign is awful. Customers can't tell where to click in the email to go to the signature page. Also, the way we have to put all the info and emails and click to sign is no good. Stop lying you greedy a-holesYou could improve the experience by not lying. It says "free online pdf editor" including ADDING TEXT. Then you are forced to create an account and when you try to add text, it tells you that you need to upgrade to a PAID subscription in order to use EDIT the PDF and ADD TEXT. So it says free and then forces you to pay...make it make sense. 1 vote

 please i would like 2 things
 1. when i am reading, and highlight any text the right menu of "comments" automatically appears and the size of my width pdf is reduced, for the right menu, and for get again my desire previous size, i need close the right menu all the time.

Nearly impossible to use Adobe Acrobat on a Mac without it freezing.I use a Mac and the Adobe software has become unusable most of the time. It spins, freezes, etc. It appears others are having the same issue. Is there a workaround or is Adobe aware of the issue? Thanks. 1 vote

Windows app freezes upon open due to OCSP certification checksEach time I open my Windows app, it constantly tries to re-open old files - one of which tries verifying OCSP certificates - and causes my program to freeze. 1 vote
