3. bad signer UX

   wow switched from HelloSign because they're down and your UX is horrible! I put myself as a signer on a new client contract and there's no CTA for me to sign, nor was there an option to have me sign before sending it out despite a button that read "Sign then Send"

   How do I sign this agreement?!?!?

6. Dates not sorted by YEAR

   OMG, you HAVE to do something about the dates. I am seeing document from October 2018 appearing in my RECENT documents. Please get the YEAR included in the date so that recent means recent, not the same day from years ago.

9. no option to remove a user from send for comment review cycle

   Remove a user from send for comment review document without cancelling the sharing of file. There is no option to remove one single use that I have added in the review cycle through send for comment.

    Unable to tell what zoom level you are at when viewing a document. Would be nice to see % level.
    Would also be nice to see the size dimensions of the PDF shared, 8.5x11 in?

15. False and misleading customer service claims

    You need to vastly improve the training of your support staff- I went through 5 agents and three hours of my time trying to get a simple question answered- one agent 'Priya' completely misinformed me about HIPAA compliance and a BAA contract associated with upgrading to Adobe Acrobat DC --Me: "Does that plan offer a BAA contract and is it HIPAA compliant?"

    "Yes, as it includes Adobe sign features in it. Once I will change your plan I will connect you to the Adobe sign support and they will help you with the BAA contract."

    and it then took me almost 3 hours to fund out this tidbit of information was completely false:

    "Just went through the chat. I realize what the agent Priya told you started all this trouble. Apologies for your time spend here although I had no control over it.
    community.adobe.com , you can post your query in here, they will help you with this. Or I can help you in cancelling the plan as the product is not compatible with your need. I will also create the refund for the charge that has been made. I hope that will be okay for you."

    We are a company, who uses your services daily and we are very satisfied with the range.
    Yet, we have noticed you eliminated the option of SLOVENŠČINA (SLOVENIAN LANGUAGE) from the drop-down menu in the EXPORT PDF service, i.e. document language.

    We were very happy to learn you included this language since it has linguistic attributes many others do not incorporate, and we mainly work with that language.

    Ever since you eliminated it, it has been noticeably harder to work with documents in any form.

    Is there any possibility you will put it back on the menu? We would be very grateful.

19. The cloud application stinks

    Put it back the way it was before you went to the cloud. It was a lot easier to use when it's an app on my desktop with all the functions in place. Now you open something online and the way to merge docs, copy and paste, move pages and everything is just a mess. The way you had it was awesome. Why did you change it?

20. Cannot Open Document

    I downloaded a document from the Motor Vehicle Commission webpage. I'm trying to open it but it's asking to enter a Document Open Password. It says, 'AddressChangeConfirmatio...' is protected but I don't even remember setting a password.
