1. Confusing UX

   I signed up the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription, but when I sign into adobe main page, it doesn't show me what I am have subscriptions. When I go the PDF & e-signatures tab, the explicit reason I signed up for the service, there is still no indication that I am currently subscribed to the service. In fact, there is still the buy link on the page.

   This is super confusing. Users who have subscriptions should immediately see they have subscriptions and not be prompted again.

   Also the "upload a file" on the documentcloud home page seems like the single most important feature, but it is given the worst possible place in the visual flow and the lowest color contrast. I think this should be a prominent option on the primary banner

4. Fill and Sign badly broken.

   Acrobat Reader is terrible. Every second feature is badly broken.

   I'm paying for it and all I want to do is download the PDF from the website below, fill it out, and send it off for signatures.

   I've spent the last three hours trying to work around your completely useless software. It's a joke how terrible the errors messages are. "Unsupported file" (yet I can fill it out no problem), "can't export because the file is password protected" (it's not).

   Not sure if anyone will read this but if you do, please rethink your entire strategy. Invest whatever you got into just making the simple things work. ffs.

5. cloud storae descrepancy

   as per my plan cloud storage should be 20GB but it is showing 2GB and files are not being uploaded on the cloud.

6. google cookies

   You have to fix the google chrome cookie issue! I have to keep clearing my cookies in order to use the adobe sign product but doing so also clears all my auto fill settings...

10. [Feature request] An option to invert currently selected pages

    In 'Edit' menu, under 'Deselect All', please add an 'Invert Selection' option which would deselect currently selected pages and select currently non-selected pages. This is easier than typing page numbers manually.

15. Sign app doesn’t work on Iphone

    The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro

    This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.

    The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

    Help! My old laptop died. I was using Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard for Windows. I was happy with it. I have the original CD and serial number. Installed it on my new machine, but I can't activate it. Assistance please!

    Are you joking? WTF is this for if I can't open a PDF file? All I get is "To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html"
