I have been asked for 2 step verification 4 times today and I've only opened one document this afternoon. This is absolute madness. If this keeps happening, there is no way I will be able to use your product.

Cloud integration not working
This keeps pulling me onto the cloud everytime I want to work on a file on my computer. It's making my file management an absolute nightmare and I'm probably going to find a different service.

Online application is Very slow
This tool is agonizingly slow, when using from Computer or laptop... Downloading documents from Document cloud is so slow. it takes lots of time to load the UI and list of documents... and one has to wait after clicking on the three dots for options to appear.

Abusive cancellation fee
I will never use adobe products again. charging at $30 cancellation tree when signing up for a free trial is completely unacceptable. I will be sure to recommend to anyone that ask not to use your products,

Save on device NOT in the cloud
I want to store my personal documents on my hard drive and NOT in the cloud. I hope I can figure out away to do this. Very unhappy with Cloud seeming to be my only choice. Won't be long before I'll have to pay someone else to allow me access to MY documents. Not to mention the possible/probable invasion of my privacy.

ÄRGER ZAHLUNG
Seit Januar, also Zahlung, werde ich bombardiert, zu zahlen erneut, immer wieder. Ich kann nicht PDV in Word umwandeln, es heisst immer wieder, ich müsse zahlen. Ich habe noch nie so blöd Fr. 140 ausgegeben. Nie mehr werde ich zahlen bei Ihnen, da ich bis dahin noch nichts nutzen konnte. IIh bin sauer.

Hi - I have a new Surface Pro X Professional. When will the desktop version of Adobe work on this system? I have a great deal of use for Acrobat Pro desktop - but obviously cannot use it right now.

I tried to compress a file on your "free" cloud system. It disappears.

Insert an ad about how great your product is.
