Доброго вечора, якого дідька в мене москальська мова замість англійської? Це знущання за мої гроші? Як мінімум - не повага до користувача. Я вимагаю українську мову в інтерфейсі вашого сайту.

Annoyed
I wanted to cancel my membership because whenever i open a document to sue any of the tools i get a notification they are downloading. But sometimes they work - most of the time they are downloading. I dont understand how they can only sometimes be accessed it i am paying for them.

Very frustrating morning utilizing Adobe
Hello,
I have some hardships I am experiencing with Adobe today. I have been working for about 2 hours now to try and compile a file to send for signature. It is very time consuming to delete out the auto populated fields I don't need (in the past, I could just hit the delete key and It went quickly), the file keeps erring out on me which results in kicking me out of it. I then have to log out of the website entirely and log back in to try and work on it again. It does not save my…2 votesHello Jill,

impossible to cancel a free trial
I have tried numerous times to cancel a free trial and it seems to be virtually impossible to do.

New Program not working
Go back to old Adobe E-signature Request. New program has too many errors and doesn't function.

Sinds de nieuwe upgrade voor elektonische ondertekening kan ik geen 2 aparte documenten meer doorsturen zonder dat deze automatisch gecombineerd worden. Wat is hier de oplossing?

We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

Adobe Acrobat オンラインサービスをMicrosoft Edgeから利用しています。pdf「ファイルを結合」を選択し、結合させたい複数（2つで、各A4サイズ文書が数ページ）のPDFファイルを読み込ませましたがファイルは結合されずホーム画面に戻る不具合を確認しています。

LR Mobile app not included
Hi, you told me that Lr for Mobile was included in this sub and after downloading it on my device, it now says that I have my sub does not include any mobile app. That is not a good feeling at all; I was looking to cancel the sub but kept it because of the LightRoom feature.

Forms in Web App
I wish you would put higher priority to implementing full functionality regarding PDF forms. As a Linux user, the need for Acrobat Reader to fill PDF forms has been the only reason to still have a windows installation since years now, and I would really have hoped that with the advent of web apps there would be no need for this any longer soon. PLEASE implement form filling in the web app!

cannot convert from pdf to word or word to pdf
I Cannot convert any files. it friezes at the end and takes more them 20/25 mins and still does not convert the files from word or from PDF.
can you help ?

New Adobe Sign Interface is Horrible
Im really hating the new Adobe Sign Request Signature function. Its really not efficient at all. It takes me twice as long now to prepare a document for signatures. There should be a setting we can choose to leave our default on the older version should we so choose, instead of being forced into the new version, then to search for how to switch to legacy versions. Not a happy chappy here.

Changes aren't saved from app to desktop
I have Adobe Acrobat on my phone. Whenever I highlight or do any comments on documents that are on the cloud, from the app hey won't register on the desktop version.

Nieuwe versie heeft geen correcte migratie van templates
Door pagina's te laten laden zoals het hoort. Vaak zijn er blanco pagina's en moet je het via een andere weg naar hetzelfde gaan.
De nieuwste versie van "Vragen om e-handtekeningen" zorgt alleen voor extra werk zonder enige verbetering. Er is geen correcte migratie van oude templates. Er zou dus uren werk zijn om dit te fixen.
