Combine error
I have Acrobat Pro DC and it keeps giving me an error when I try to combine 2 pdf files.

Difficult to understand what it does and how to use it - waste of money
I paid for my licence but it's really difficult to know (i) what it does, and (ii) how to use it. At this point it seems like a complete waste of money. I'm really ****** off by this experience and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

Imcompatibility of PC/MAC and Online Version
So, the documentcloud is not compatible with the PC version, right? I had to open a government document but it doesn't open as it does when using the Mac or PC version. Why?

Cookie notice is covering the sign-button
Hi, I have some feedback regarding Adobe Sign. It is a great product that almost makes signing, and getting signature on, documents super easy.
The 'almost' is added because your cookie notice is placed over the "click to sign"-button. This leads to people thinking they are done with the process after they have added their signature - with no possibility to know that there is a "click to sign"-button at the end completing the process.
The button is already placed out of sight, making it hard to find, but with the cookie notice over it is impossible.

New Tools Home Page Is Garbage
I recently would log into my Adobe Sign account and it would take me directly to the form. Now it takes me to this Adobe tools page I care nothing about and wastes my time while I find the Sign tool.

your product is corrupted. it will not open on my computer. your software is buggy and i will tell anyone not to use it.

need help getting my send to work for my track and send
I am unable to get back on my Adobe track and send account. It went past the 30 days as I was not at computer. I don't know how to get back on as editing my payment info has not helped at all. Can someone get this going. The credit card info should have always worked so I do not know what is going on and am really in need of this product. I can't send files at all.

Acrobat Performance and Information Security.
The Acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. Your concept is very badly thought out and poorly engineered. It is software of inferior quality. Also your Cloud Access to Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is a serious issue and you can face serious legal action. Time for you to rethink your entire process as this is being reported to the authorities.

Fout bij combineren, Conversie mislukt
Fout bij combineren / Failed to combine.
Every freaking time. I need this functionality 4 times a year. Nothing fancy, nothing special. Every (2nd) time it freaking fails. With a useless error, thanks for letting me delete and re-order all the pages first, to just notify me, that it eventually fail :'(
Adobe, your products aren't cheap. I want my money back.

Bad help experience
I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat. I am a brand new user and have faith that your product will be good for us, but my first help experience was not good. I think Felicity…
