  1. when I have multiple images that I want to convert into a PDF I'll select them all and select create a single document with Acrobat but they are not numbered in the thumbnail. The page number appears as the name of the document. Adobe should recognize each page in the thumbnail. This creates problems because if I later want to extract a selection of page numbers I can't because it's not a page number it's a document name.

  2. If your Brother printer has full black ink but isn't printing or Help 1-877-331-5006, the issue might be with a clogged or dry printhead. This is common if the printer hasn’t been used for a while. Try performing the printhead cleaning utility from the control panel or printer software. Ensure the black cartridge is installed properly and detected by the printer. Also, using low-quality or third-party ink can lead to printing issues. If cleaning doesn’t fix it, consider replacing the cartridge or contacting Brother support for more advanced troubleshooting.

  6. "The Preview and sign" option to be added while importing csv for send in bulk new experience. It was present in classic send in bulk experience but in the new authoring, only while selecting the manual addition of recipients the preview and sign option is present.

  7. I am using POST /agreeements endpoint to create an agreement and configuring reminder.

    I want to achieve the following:

    Get one reminder with 10 days delay only if user has not signed.
    With the current input values available for reminders(ONCE, WEEKLYUNTILSIGNED), we cannot achieve this.

    Adding a new input value might solve the issue for reminder frequency - ONCEUNITLSIGNED

  8. Temporarily using another computer (and app).

    Cannot find which Acrobat Product I am using. Traditionally one goes to "help" to find product info.

    "Help" (?) button screen (top) consistent with Acrobat's overall "help" approach. No "about" and no clue. Web says. go to "help", look for "about".

    Have used acrobat pro or equivalent for 20+ years!.... find your app and website "Help" as well as product navigation (frankly) disgusting. Your people clearly assume I "live" on acrobat!

  9. I want the internet browser PDF (PDF Reader) to have all the editing options that the desktop Acrobat Reader has. If you want to edit the file, you have to download it, open it, and then edit. We should be able to edit the file directly from our internet browser. I typically use Chrome. This should be available on all internet browsers.

  10. Hi, I'm using adobe version 2024.005.20320. I recently got this update and I don't like it. It is terrible. I cannot properly highlight text. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.   12. Remove the "+ Create" button in the top right of tabs. It takes up valuable real estate in the tabs and prevents the application from being moved around the desktop / different monitors. Absolutely useless and should be able to disable the button and reclaim that space and make it easier to move the application around.

  17. I use Adobe and have multiple PC's and tablets for personal use. The limit on a personal license is 3 devices, which is not enough in my opinion. I have to sign out of one, and sign back in to another at least 3 times a week. It gets old because I do not realize I am needing to sign in until my document freezes and pops up the sign in window.   18. When opening a PDF exported from Adobe Illustrator in Acrobat Pro, text that has been converted to outlines (curves) is displayed incorrectly. The issue affects the visual appearance of the outlined text, which appears thicker or distorted compared to the intended design. This problem is visible only in Acrobat Pro and does not occur in Illustrator or some other PDF viewers.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Create a document in Adobe Illustrator with text elements.

    2. Convert all text to outlines (Object > Expand or Create Outlines).

    3. Export the file to PDF using standard export settings.

  20. You can copy an OST file manually to a different drive by first closing Outlook and finding the existing OST file (typically located in %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook). Duplicate the file on the new drive, then delete the original one. Then open the Mail applet in the Control Panel, choose your Outlook profile, and click Data Files. Delete the old OST file and add a new one by directing Outlook to the new location of the relocated file. Alternatively, rebuild the Outlook profile completely and set it to use the new drive.
