  4. The font used for displaying the file title at the top of the window of Acrobat for Chinese is really ugly! The old version of Acrobat DC uses sans-serif font in title for both Chinese and English, which is beautiful. However, currently, it uses sans-serif font for English but serif for Chinese, and the latter is very ugly.

  6. Recently (May/June 2025) the user interface in Adobe Acrobat Sign switched to a new expierience, which is now mandatory for all users. Since this event, my forms with german umlauts (ÄäÖöÜüß) are not working properly, when umlauts are used in conditions with fields or values. While the template creator in the old experience is working correctly, the new interface doesn't understand umlauts causing conditions not to work anymore. It is also not possible to fix the error with the umlaut on-the-fly as these conditions are still not processed at all and recipients are not presented these fields, if previous conditions…

  7. We need the ability to disable AI with the click of a button. Opening a new document doesn't require some AI bothering me 3 different ways. If the moment I open a document your program bothers me with something I'm already hating your program. It was fine 10 years ago. Don't shove AI down our throats like a ****** does with a *****.

In the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, attempting to combine multiple JPG files of varying pixel dimensions and DPI into a single PDF causes the application to close abruptly without any error message. This occurs consistently when at least one image in the batch differs significantly in resolution or aspect ratio from the others.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Open Acrobat Pro (latest build).

    Go to File → Create → Combine Files into a Single PDF.

    Add multiple JPG images with different dimensions/DPI (e.g., mix of 300 DPI A4‑sized scans and smaller 72 DPI images).

    Click Combine.

  12. where a PDF is created in Adobe Acrobat 64-bit. Once created, it will open up and can be saved as a new document, which should then count as a recent document. In the Win11 File Explorer, it shows up in the recent section without issue, but Outlook won't populate it within its own recent section when trying to attach to an email. If we re-open the document, then it does, but that has not been the requirement before.

  20. allow the user to move the "request signature window". if the Acrobat window is not centered and is moved down far enough from a centered position, and the user clicks E-Sign then clicks Request Signatures, the box displays centered relative to the location of the Acrobat window, which moves the buttons off the screen. the user then needs to guess how many times to press tab to get to the button to advance to the next screen
