  1. PLEASE Don't make the user go through a menu to check off a comment! You DOUBLE the time it takes to go through comments.

PLEASE ELIMINATE the need to go through a dropdown menu just to check off a commnet.

IT WAS FINE to have a checkbox. It took HALF THE TIME.

    • Remove the big blue "Share" button

You have absolutely no control over the choice of menu design, forced to look at a big blue “share” button, a feedback button and a question mark. When operating in half screen the frequently used menu items I have chosen are hidden, because you think I want to share, learn or send feedback. Give me the ability to remove and take charge of my workspace environment.

      • Fit full page button missing?!?

I cant find how to add the fit full page button to my toolbar- only fit width and actual size are options. Incredibly frustrating!

        • Comments checkbox

Please put back the checkbox for comment completion. With hundreds of edits to documents it will be very time consuming to have to go through two extra steps for every single comment to mark these boxes. This is going to seriously slow down our work.

          • Zoom in/out and percentage controls missing from toolbar

The Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons, and the zoom percentage text box disappeared from my toolbar, and I can't get them back. These controls are only accessible through the menus or the undocked floating panel. Re-docking the panel doesn't bring these controls with it. Right-click "Show Select & Zoom Tools" doesn't even list them.

            • Commenting checkboxes

              Hi,

I am a desktop publisher and we work with corrections, this can be a lot of them. in the previous version we could click the checkbox when a correction was done. Now we have to click twice to mark a comment as done. This is not efficient for us, since now it takes twice as long. Please give us the previous option back. Time is money..

              • REMOVE BIG BLUE SHARE BUTTON

Remove the big blue Share button in the menu bar. It gets in the way of my tools and shortcuts. Have no need for a button to share a PDF.

                  • Why clicking twice for checkboxes?!

In the previous version you can easly click on the checkbox, because it was in the same row (view) as the comment. Now you have to click twice to click the checkbox. Please make it as it was!

                          • Annotation appearance dict missing ExtGState

Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20071, Mac and Windows.

Open any file or create a new one. Right click on the page and select "Add sticky note." Save the file. At this point the file contains an invalid appearance dict for the sticky note. The stream uses a graphics state /GS0 which is not available in the Resources dict of the annotation.

Worse, if the page happened to already have a /GS0 graphics state, that will now be used for the annotation.

                            • Tick box in comments disappeared after last update

I always used the tick box while reviewing, using a filter so that comments I processed also disappeared. It was an easy and intuitive way of editing the source text with the help of the comments in the PDF. After the last update, the tick box is gone and now hidden. You have to click the dots in the top right corner of the comment, then select 'Set status' and then click the status. That's THREE clicks instead of one. NOT user friendly, NOT intuitive, NO improvement. Please give me back my tick box!

                              • 2 steps to add check to comments - Build: 19.8.20071.303822

In previous versions of Acrobat I was able to Check a comment (typically once I had made an edit to my InDesign doc). By setting the filter to show unchecked comments only I was systematically able to go through a set of clients edits. In the new version of Acrobat you have removed the ability to just click to check a comment. I now have to open a drop down menu and select it. This is really annoying when you have a large document with over 100 comments (as I regularly do).

Please return the simple check box to the…

These controls are only accessible through the menus or the undocked floating panel. Re-docking the panel doesn't bring these controls with it. Right-click "Show Select & Zoom Tools" doesn't even list them.

                                      • fit one full page

"Fit to Width Scrolling' and "Fit One Full Page" are only visible as a single button with drop down menu, and only if you reset the toolbar. In the prior version they were two separate buttons. This needs to be brought back. I am discontinuing my subscription, uninstalling the current version of acrobat, and searching for the previous version to install.

                                        • Fill & Sign Crashing since update

Fill and Sign Feature keeps causing the program to crash and lose all changes I've made - this only started happening after the update. Please fix!
