Tags panel and reading order panel don't match
If I change the order in the tags panel, this updated order isn't reflected in the reading order panel.
When I test with a screen reader, the screen reader reads the order that is in the tags panel.
Ideally, they would show the same order. That way, it's easier to fix in the reading order panel.
Duplicate:
1. Get reading order panel and tags panel to match order
2. Change one thing in the tags panel
3. Open order panel - the order here didn't change
4. Open a screen reader and it does the order from the tags panel1 vote -
Rotate/Delete Page Menu Always Cut Off
Every time upon opening a PDF which has landscape pages, the menu (rotate/delete pages menu) which appears for each page thumbnail on the "Pages" sidebar is always cut off for those landscape pages (see attached image). Every time, I have to manually zoom out on the thumbnails in order to bring that menu into view such that it is not cut off, or I have to click "Reduce Page Thumbnails" on the ellipses menu. The page thumbnails should always be zoomed out enough such that this menu is not cut off, or the thumbnails should be in "reduced" size by…

Rotate/Delete Page Menu is Cut Off
Every time upon opening a document which has landscape pages, the menu that appears for each page thumbail in the "Pages" tab is always cut off for the landscape pages (see attached image). I always, each time, have to either manually zoom on the page thumbnail or click "Reduce Page Thumbnails" on the ellipses menu of the Pages tab. By default, these thumbnails should be zoomed such that this menu is never cut off, or the thumbnails should be in reduced size all the time (or it should be a saveable preference).

Why can't I customize the paper size to print in Acrobat?
In Acrobat Pro (desktop app on Windows 11 Pro), what happened to the option to customize paper size from the print settings? I just wasted over an hour with the worst Adobe tech support guy who uninstalled my app, reinstalled it, tried a preflight setting, then told me to call Canon and have them change their printer settings and disconnected our chat! Is creating a custom size of paper to print no longer an option?

How to Lock Form Fields After Signature in Adobe Acrobat?
Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on a fillable PDF form in Adobe Acrobat and I want the form fields to become uneditable after the user signs the document. I’ve tried a few settings, but the fields remain editable even after a digital signature is applied.
Is there a way to automatically lock all form fields once the document is signed digitally? Do I need to use JavaScript for this, or is there a built-in setting I’m missing?
Would really appreciate any step-by-step guidance from someone who’s done this before.
Thanks in advance!

The Smarter Way to Open EML Files on Mac OS
For users looking to open EML files on Mac OS, the DRS EML Viewer is the smart choice. Unlike manual methods that involve lengthy processes and potential risks, this tool offers a direct and secure solution for accessing your email files.
Manual approaches often require importing EML files into email clients or converting them to another format, both of which can lead to data loss or corruption. The DRS EML Viewer eliminates these risks by enabling you to view EML files directly without any modifications. Its compatibility with a wide range of email platforms ensures that it can handle virtually…

Move navigation panel back to left side
Moving the Navigation panel to the right side makes it extremely difficult to use. Since (in English at least) we naturally read form left to right, moving navigation to the right means that once I think I have found the section I need I have to shift my gaze all the way to the other side of the screen to start reading it and confirm. This is a small difference in isolation, but the extra eye fatigue adds up quickly. It is just very counterintuitive to try and put the organizational structure of the document on the right side. This…

Need to Mass remove and replace Selected Files in AI Assistant for Acrobat
When using AI Assistant in Acrobat, I am aware of there is a limit of processing 10 files at a time. How can I replace the current 10 files with a new group of files to be process?
We need to process as much as 100 files at a time. Deleting the 10-file batch one file at a time is very slow and inefficient. Even then, AI Assistant wants to hold onto at least one of the previous files, which has to be removed before processing the new files selection. Need a way to completely remove and replace files for…

[Bug report] Comments auto scroll multiple windows
When scrolling the pdf, the comment pane scrolls accordingly. This is expected behavior and a nice feature. However, when viewing multiple pdf files in separate windows, scrolling in one window will also scroll the comment pane of the other windows. This is not expected, scrolling in one window should not scroll the comment pane of other windows.

Send by email missing 2025.001.20435
As Acrobat keeps building an inscrutable interface to make all useful features disappear, it is now impossible to email direct from Acrobat.
There used to be an email icon that could be clicked to connect to the default email application so that a PDF could be sent without going through all of the steps of closing Acrobat, opening the mail app, writing a mail, browsing for the file.
With its continuously degraded interface, Acrobat becomes less user friendly and more obscure. Thanks guys. Maybe instead of AI you shoud talk to human beings about the UX and features. Or maybe…

How to import MSG to Thunderbird?
If you're trying to import MSG files into Thunderbird manually, you can drag and drop them or use the ImportExportTools NG add-on—but be warned, it’s not always reliable. Some emails might lose formatting, attachments could break, or the import might just fail randomly. For a smoother experience, I’d recommend DRS Softech MSG Converter Tool—it converts MSG files flawlessly, preserving all formatting, attachments, and metadata. Plus, it handles bulk conversions, supports multiple output formats (like EML, PST), and keeps your folder structure intact. Saves a ton of time compared to manual workarounds!

How to migrate Gmail to Apple Mail?
To migrate Gmail to Apple Mail manually, first turn on IMAP from Gmail settings. On Apple Mail, open Mail > Add Account, choose Google, and log in. Your Gmail messages will sync automatically. For offline purposes, export email as .mbox using Google Takeout and bring them into Apple Mail (File > Import Mailboxes).
But this approach has some drawbacks such as No seamless sync changes won't update bidirectionally after export, Labels convert to folders, disrupting Gmail's organization and also Large mailboxes take hours to download and import.
If you wish to migrate Gmail emails to Apple Mail in bulk, use…

scaling bar blocks scroll bar
I cannot find the "Help > About" operation to find out the version of my Adobe PDF Reader.
Problem: If you click the any scaling button ("enlarge" [+] or "reduce" [-]), it brings up the scaling bar. The scaling bar blocks the bottom part of the scroll bar. This is annoying, because I cannot reach the "down" button at the bottom end of the scroll bar. I suggest using the tool bar area to show the scaling bar, instead of making it block the bottom part of the scroll bar. Thank you.1 vote
