Zoom level displayed incorrectly when document is open in two or more windows
When the same document is opened in two or more windows, clicking on one window updates the displayed zoom level text in the zoom widget in all windows associated with that document, despite the fact that the zoom level didn't change in other windows. It seems that this value is being updated from a global variable linked to the document. This field/widget should be updated for each window individually. See attached screenshot.

New Acrobat and icon colors
There are many improvements in the new Acrobat that are great. If I disable new Acrobat to avoid the things I don't like about new Acrobat, I quickly miss the improvements. Therefore, disabling "new Acrobat" to avoid new design that I don't like is temporary at best because it is inevitable that the "old Acrobat" option will disappear. Here are a few things I would like to see improved in new Acrobat.
It would be nice if the current tab color contrasted more with both the surrounding interface and other open tabs, but that is true in "old Acrobat" as…

Acrobat Plan Page Review - Inconsistency in App Count Disclosure
Hello Adobe team,
I noticed an inconsistency on the subscription plan page. Acrobat Standard is shown as offering 25 apps at KD 3.700/month, while Acrobat Pro (KD 5.600/month) shows 20 apps, and Acrobat Pro + Stock (KD 12.700/month) shows 14 apps.
However, when counting visible desktop and web apps, Pro and Pro + Stock actually include more. All plans also display shared Creative Cloud services (like Behance and Fonts), but it’s unclear if they’re included in the totals.
This creates confusion and can mislead users comparing value. Please clarify how the app count is calculated and ensure consistency between plan…

Top Edge of Tabs Behaves as Title Bar in Adobe Acrobat
In Adobe Acrobat, when clicking on tabs, the entire tab area — including the upper edge — should be clickable so that switching to the selected tab works smoothly. However, in the current state, clicking on the very top part of a tab behaves like interacting with the window's title bar instead of the tab itself. This makes it difficult to switch tabs properly and negatively impacts the user experience.

Page Content and Information - Setting more accessible
It would be incredibly useful to be able to toggle view of some items like Art, Trim & Bleed boxes in the main interface rather than have it as a system setting. I find it frustrating to have to make system change when I want to look at these options

Adobe Does Not Understand Their Users
There are so many parts of Acrobat that seem completely out of touch with how users actually use the software. Who in their right mind would make UI element states save in EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT? The bookmarks bar, the tools pane, the page view and scrolling method, etc. should all be part of the default software UI settings. I don't open the same PDF 20 times a day, so changing the view setting and then saving the document doesn't do anything for me. In fact, I mostly work with controlled documents, so I can't even save them if I wanted…

Remove Get Started Box (Not Pop-Up)
I recently installed Adobe Acrobat and found a small, persistent box that lives in the bottom-left corner of the application window. It's labeled "Get Started" and indicates it is a 5 step process. This is not a pop-up, or a separate window, or something that comes and goes. It's a permanent box affixed to the bottom-left (e.g., underneath the list of Tools if Tools is being viewed in the left-hand panel).
I completed all of the steps except the last one, which involves getting Acrobat on your mobile device. Long story short, I could not complete this step. But there…

Preview Pop-up on Hover for Bookmarks & Links
Dear Adobe Team,
I would like to suggest an improvement for Adobe Acrobat: the addition of a small preview pop-up when hovering over bookmarks, internal links, or external links within a PDF. Many modern applications provide such a feature, allowing users to quickly preview the destination before clicking.
This enhancement could greatly improve navigation efficiency, especially for users working with large PDFs containing extensive bookmarks, cross-references, or hyperlinks. A small pop-up showing the linked page, section title, or even a thumbnail of the target page would make it easier to locate information without unnecessary clicks.
Would it be possible to…

Mac VS iPad app
So, I don't do this often, but when I do it's a MAJOR annoyance! The iPad app does not have a lot of the features that the downloaded version has. So it's great that I can do stuff on the road or on site but EACH TIME I have to redo the entire document! Small things like the font is all wrong are very annoying. I will save my my templates to the cloud and then I have to change all the fonts for my iPad because it doesn't come with that default font that the downloaded (DL) version has. …

Google Login I should be able to choose the account do not default to the one in the browser
You automatically select that account in the google chrome profile. When multiple Chrome profiles are open, this creates an issue, and I can not choose to enter a different account. I have to close all other chrome browsers, then open only the account i want to login.

Tour/walkthrough appearing every time I launch Acrobat
Bug - everytime I launch Acrobat I am prompted with the tour pop up. As a user I would expect this to only appear after an update or the first time launching the app.

Acrobat Pro spews icons across Taskbar after switching Desktop Spaces
When running Windows 11 23H2, and the Taskbar is set to "Never combine buttons", and Acrobat Pro is configured to use Tabs, it initially exhibits the correct behavior of having only one icon/button in the Taskbar. However, when switching Desktop Spaces to another desktop, and then back to the desktop where I'm running Acrobat, suddenly Acrobat has created multiple buttons on the Taskbar for every tab I have open in Acrobat. This is clearly a bug, and additionally none of the new buttons that it created do anything -- I click on them, but it does not take me to…

new interface version sucks
Acrobat is pushing their users to BlueBeam. the new interface added NO user benefit, but made commonly used features harder to access, and switched toolbar sides for no benefit, and obnoxiously forces the floating toolbar to cover your document while leaving the top bars empty. If Acrobat ever removes the "Disable new Acrobat" I will be switching to BlueBeam.

In Acrobat, the Create button at the top right is defective.
In Acrobat, the Create button at the top right is defective. When I click to the right of th ebuttonn (to move a window), Acrobat thinks I'm clicking the create button. I am absolutey trying to avoid that stupid button. IMO, the button is not needed. But in any case, the area to the right of the button should not be a "hot zone" for the button.

Floating toolbar
Access to our most used actions in a toolbar is excellent, but the floating toolbar is so annoying because it is on top of the content of the opened document. It would be better if we could customise where the toolbar should be and have the ability to dock it without it so it is not on top of the content.
Older versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro allowed it to be on the top horizontally, which used to work perfectly for me. Please let users decide how best to interact with Adobe Acrobat Pro.37 votes
