Language dropdown menu not in alphabetical order
If you're using a non-English version of Acrobat, the dropdown menu that appears when selecting the option to Convert a PDF file to a Word or Power Point file is not in alphabetical order. I'm using the Spanish version (see attached picture) and, as you can see, since German is "Alemán" in Spanish, I'd expect it to find it where the A is, not where the G is. Can you please fix this? This is horrible to see and work with, and I'd wager it isn't that difficult to change. Thank you.

Acrobat is not mapping windows on Win11 24H2
Latest version on Win11 Pro as of today 12/7/2024. Updated Windows to 24H2 and Acrobat is broken. When I launch Acrobat on a PDF file or from Start Menu or from Creative Cloud app, a process starts each time, but no window maps. Currently I have 30 Acrobat processes showing in Task Manager but not one window is registered with Windows (nothing in the taskbar, no Acrobat window showing in Alt-Tab or Windows-Tab). Earlier today I uninstalled Acrobat, rebooted, reinstalled Acrobat (from Creative Cloud app), and I was able to launch and use Acrobat. I thought I'd resolved the problem,…

Annoying we cannot hide side toobars
It's super annoying we cannot hide the side bars. If I am editing two pdf's side by side they take up a LOT of space. This is a professional app. Also a very expensive all. Why don't we have complete and configurable key commands that we can use instead of giving up 30% of our screen space to toolbars?

Remove the relation between bookmarks text color and page color.
Currently there is no support for dark mode on reader, To simulate dark mode like experience we have to change settings in Preferences -> Accessibility -> Replace Document Colors. If we select the 'Replace Document Colors' option and in that we select 'Use High-Contrast Colors' and check the 'Change the color of line art as well as text', the bookmarks text color also switches to dark making it unreadable.
Adding screenshots for your reference.

Searching for a Tool Doesn't Teach You Where to Find It Next Time...
I have been searching for the "Take Snapshot" tool which used to be on I believe the Edit menubar dropdown. Now, it's no longer there and I can't find it listed among the various icons. I use the search bar and it pops up.
Not three seconds later, I want to use it again.... it's completely gone. There's no indication what menu it is on or any method to locate it for the future.
What is so offensive about this new UX is not that you moved everything... that sucks, but it we would learn eventually the new layout. What…

Swedish translation of Finder
When right clicking on a PDF document tab, there's an option that would in English be "Locate in Finder" but they have translated it literally, although "Finder" is "Finder" in Swedish as well.
Hence, change "Hitta i sökare" to "Hitta i Finder".

No longer practical
The latest version is just bad. I don't understand why the UI could be changed to such an extent that it is no longer intuitive to use.
Please go back to the older version!

hard to edit
I am having a hard time editing my documents. I can't find tools. There is a "search for tools function" but it only searches the document and not for tools. Is there an easy way to go back to the earlier version as I'm finding this version very non functional. For instance, it keeps turning on a grid, which is irritating. One time, after about 15 min, I found a way to turn it off (using Google search!) but now I can't find it again. We should be able to search for a tool.

Advanced Features Installation Needs a Progress Bar
When upgrading a base installation of Acrobat DC to "Upgrade Key Features", the visual indicator is just a blue bar that bounces back and forth. This gives no information about the update process, what it's doing or how far it is along in the process. This feature could be greatly improved by adding a progress bar to give users a better idea of what to expect or if any troubleshooting may be needed.

In Preferences allow a specific setting for Bookmark panel width.
I need to set a fixed width for the Bookmark panel. This capability will allow all text to show and not be hidden.

New Version
- new version is crushing still on itself
- unable to run in dark mode - always come back to light
- unable to put identity details - always come back with empty fields
- in general new Adobe is so ****** ***** - why you have introduced changes where old version was stable and friendly user interface?
- unable to disable new version
- I hate new version!!!!

New interface does not support title bar proxy icons on Mac.
Only way I can efficiently work with another (web based) system is to use the proxy icons to upload files. Please follow platform conventions.

Adobe has gone to sh!t
For month's I've been getting a small popup error EVERYTIME I open a pdf. I've followed the instructions provided but NOTHING ever fixed it. I don't know what the **** is going on at Adobe but I would have preferred they fixed errors FIRST.
Today I opened Acrobat and nothing looks the same. Some tools are in color, some are greyed out, No notice given and no list of the changes.
Is AI running the company now? If I had stock in Adobe I'd be giving it away right now. This market is prime for competition and I hope it…

Give us the option to download an older version that actually works!
While you sit and figure out the stupid, illogical, and absolutely unreliable interface, why don't you allow users to downgrade to a supported version that both works, unlike this version, and is responsive, unlike this version!
Adobe, you have not provided any, let alone good customer service by releasing this POS software. You have unleashed a hellish nightmare on your customers with no way out. You are definitely going to lose customers over this. I am one of them. I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro since it came out. You just wrecked it. Get it fixed or quit so…

The new look of Adobe Acrobat Pro is not user friendly
Please keep the classic look of Adobe Acrobat Pro. The new, bare bones look is very unattractive and not user friendly at all.

Redesign the Idiotic UI design
Adobe Photoshop has 70 tools. Acrobat has about half the number of tools as Photoshop. In Photoshop, a user doesn't have to load tools. All are accessible from the Tools panel and menu commands in the Windows menu. In Acrobat one has to load tools from the Load Tools Window. Also in Photoshop one can configure a personalized UI design and save the Workspace. In Acrobat one can spend a few hours configuring the Workspace (for example one designed for working on forms) then the user begins to work on other activities (say comment & review). To do so, the…

Default View Hides Menubar
The Acrobat development team is comprised of morons! The default view after installing the latest release hides the top level menubar. How moronic! You stupid idiots! On Windows laptops, the F Keys are generally reassigned by developers. Hence, the F8 and F9 keys won't use the app's F key actions. In short, one cannot use the new Acrobat UI on a Windows laptop. One has to view the UI in the legacy format. Can you not see how stupid it is to hide the top level menubar as a default view?
