copy and paste don't work in Comment mode
When the "Comment" menu is open, copy and paste are disabled, until the menu is closed. So in the process of adding mark ups and comments, you need to open the Comment menu to add a mark up, then close it to copy and paste to use that markup else where on that page or another, then re-open the comment menu, and continue back and forth.
The copy and paste option must be available with the comment menu open or the functionality of the program, which we use primarily to mark up and comment on pdf's, is totally lost.5 votes -

Allow unique tooltips for radio button options to support screen reader accessibility
When setting tool tips for a radio button in acrobat, it only allows one tool tip for the entire group. When the PDF is displayed as an "image", as it is in some implementations, a screen reader cannot help someone choose which option to select.
I use text tagging in Acrobat to upload to Adobe Sign. I have to manually adjust every radio button after I upload it because Acrobat does not support unique tool tips per radio option (but Adobe Sign does). This makes the process MUCH more laborious when I could just simply upload it and be done.

Difficulty moving text
Please make it easier to move text. I have spent hours (and am developing RSI) trying to move text that I have moved before - it takes dozens/hundreds of clicks to get the box around the text to show sufficiently to grab it and move it. I spent the $$ for AA Pro DC, so thought such a basic thing would have been fixed .... Please let me know when it is fixed so that I can edit my document without wasting any more time - I have a week or so before it goes to the printers ... Thanks

Clean recent files list
I often receive PDFs but after opening them, decide not to keep them and delete them. Nevertheless, the file name still appears on the Recent File List when I say I want to open a file for editing. This makes it harder to find still existing files that I want to edit. At the minimum, be able to click on a file name on the Recent File List to highlight it and then delete that name (via Delete key or pulldown option). Even better would be to also add a option that I can click on that highlights files on…

There is no way to change the default line spacing of 1.2 to a more useful 1 (single spacing).
Adobe's default line spacing is set to 1.20, which is uncommon in documents. Single spacing (1.0) would be much more useful. Because I can't change the default, I have to continually change the line spacing from 1.2 to 1, which is annoying and time consuming. Please update the software so that the user can select the default line spacing.

Adding White Space via the Crop Tool Does Not Work for Some Pages
Here is a posting I recently made to the Acrobat "Editing and Exporting PDFs" forum:
try67 wrote: "Yes, Acrobat Pro DC can scale all the pages of the file in a single command."
As it turns out, Acrobat Pro XI is supposed to be able to do this, but as I stated offline to try76, "... I experimented with increasing the white space around pages (to 8.5 x 11.0) in XI. The single-column test page I sent you is from a 9-page, mostly three-column document, and when I use the Cropping Tool while attempting to do this, there is one…

why is there no category for "complaint"?
Next, who was the genius that came up with the idea to, when text is placed on an image, the app automatically breaks up that block of text into multiple blocks of text, thus making any editing or relocation a real pain **********. I can't believe this ridiculous bit of code survived the upgrade to this new version. Please explain to your customers just how this feature is supposed to be helpful because i can think of no way that text placement and editing is better affected by this feature. This feature is nothing but a tremendous aggravation and i…

Adobe Acrobat DC locks up/freezes when trying to apply a redact.
When trying to apply a redact in Adobe Acrobat DC, the program will freeze/lock up, and displays a blank gray box in the middle of the screen. The only way to close the program at that point is via the Task Manager. When I re-open the .pdf file, the redact was not applied.

Highlights bug after toggling out of EDIT PDF
Highlights bug after toggling out of EDIT PDF:
My highlights, which were horizontal, suddenly became vertical when I exited EDIT PDF mode. Highlights were made prior to entering EDIT PDF mode. I am doing this work as an expert witness on a federal case, and cannot afford to have errors like this in my report.4 votes -

Give back the text box
I want the framed box back. I put all kinds of status notes on PDFs and with the true Text-Box I could see them when browsing in Explorer.
Hidden comments or hidden sticky notes are useless for this purpose.

"Mark up" PDFs -- not "edit"
Editing is not really the correct word. For millions of users, we simply want to "mark up" a PDF by, say, underlining a sentence. That was dead easy with Adobe Pro XI. Now seemingly impossible with DC. Constantly get image processing error messages. No customized user toolbars, as with Pro. Basically DC has been over-thought. 99% of users want the basic functionality of Adobe Pro XI.

Constant blank screen when choosing to save documents
Every time I edit a document and then choose to "save as" I just get a blank screen. I have to shut down my entire system and turn back on and it sometimes works, sometimes not!! This is clearly a bug in your system looking at the amount of times it has been reported.

W keyboard shortcut should work to insert text - please bring this shortcut back from Acrobat 11
"W" keyboard shortcut should work to insert text. I used this every day in Acrobat 11 and was dumbfounded when I "upgraded" to DC and it was gone. Acrobat is much less useful to me (and anyone else who annotates documents for a living) without Ctrl+W, and there's no workaround in DC. There's no way I can be the only one with this problem.

Checkbox in Comments Settings for "Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup" is missing
Adobe DC is supposed to have a checkbox in the Comments section of Settings (the last checkbox) that says "Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup". For some reason, it is missing on some of my computers that are using the same Windows 10 operating system and the same current version of Adobe DC. It is very frustrating because the absence of the checkbox means that you can't immediately markup a document with a pen and instead need to click through several layers of buttons in the comments section in order to use the pen. It is clearly a "glitch"…

Global replace of text in data fields of a form.
I simply want the global find-and-replace functionality found in most word processors to work on a PDF form. I have a 129-page application form in pdf format. It asks questions in form fields to which I respond in data fields. I wish to do a global replace of text in the data fields (say to change a name of a person/organisation). To do so, I have to take several steps which have very undesirable side-effects. I have to flatten the file. I can now use replace, but... the look-and-feel of the original document is significantly altered, the auto-orientate feature of…
