Date of Signing messed up: text size and format.
I have a major problem with the Date of Signing field.
Because I work in a regulated industry, all our documents are controlled and therefore must go through an approval process before they can be released. The previous version of esign allowed the text size of the Date of Signing to be controlled with the box size so I could fit the date inside the document field. The new version puts date of a standard size font into the space I designate, regardless of how small/large I make the box. The result is that the date is cut off the…4 votes -
The e-sign tool appears when I try to enter text in a field that does not require a signature
The e-sign tool appears when I try to enter text in a field that does not require a signature. Customer service had me deactivate the "new" Adobe and then open "prepare form" from the toolbar.
Please change whatever is now causing this issue, as I have not changed anything on my end.

Address book
Please add an address book feature to Adobe Acrobat Sign so that I can save the name, title, company and email address of signatories to docs I send for signature.
Also, please make it possible to create signature blocks in Word that automatically generate the signature fields in Adobe Sign, without having to go through a separate process of inserting the signature, title, name, etc, fields in Adobe Sign.

New E-Sign Templates User Interface Bug: lost ability to add attachments to e-sign template
The new user interface for the e-sign template is a major problem for our business. It eliminates the option to add documents as attachments to the template (on the old user interface, this is possible under the "Files" section on the same screen that asks for email addresses). We use this feature on every contract we send -- it is critical and cannot be replicated in the desktop app.
Please add the ability to add attachments to e-sign templates back to the new use interface!

Please Add Back the "Copy to" Feature When Sending for Signature
The latest feature upgrade removed the ability to send a signed copy of a document ("copy to"). Now the only options available are signer and approver. The receiving party is neither a signer or an approver, so this has doubled my workflow and created an inefficiency. I now have to generate a second email with the signed copy to send to my recipient, separate from the signature process. PLEASE add this feature back. What you have done is NOT an improvement.

Multi-line data entry option for new version of Fill & Sign
When inserting a text field onto a document, the previous (now "legacy") version of Fill & Sign had the option under properties to make that text box have multi-line data entry. The new version (superior in almost every way!) is missing this option.
Once i've prepared a form for signing and added all the text boxes, I need to then revert to the Legacy Version to then go through those text boxes and add the Multi-Line option.
It would be great for this option to also be added to the new version!

Change email address to my own when sending sign request
Show my own email address in clients email header instead of "adobe sign ... ". A lot of my clients plus email programs treat it like spam, since the email obviously doesn´t come from me. The preview is too short and unnoticable.

Repeat Field on All Pages
In the legacy version you could right click on a field and select "repeat field on all pages". This was incredibly helpful for contracts that you need to initial each page of. In the new version that option is no longer available, creating a need to switch to the legacy version everytime you want to send a contract out via Adobe Sign.

iOS FEATURE - ESIGN CERTIFICATE
Good evening, in a few words I tried to share this feature on iOS app but it showed me an issue while I was sending the mail. So, I'd like to have the opportunity to add an esign certificate on a document like I do on the desktop app. Sometimes I need to sign a document so fast and I don't have the time to open my laptop or simply because I forgot that.

Forms created using Prepare A Form Tool Don't Work Anymore after HOURS of work
I, like many other users whose posts I have read, absolutely hate the new Send for Signatures functionality. I had my agreements and information gathering forms all set up using the Prepare A Form tool. Before, when I opened the document, it worked perfectly and all I had to do was enter a recipient, attach multiple docs and click Send. It was wonderful! NOW--all my forms' prepared fields have been overwritten!! In the new version EVERY field is defaulted to the signer, radio buttons are converted to text fields or deleted entirely and multiple fields are the wrong data type…

Bulk documents
To put back Send in bulk documents with old features to be able to review them before send and edit due date. New exigence doesn't have these tool and CSV file now requires more information which make is hard to work with.

Ability for users to cancel other users agreements on the Agreement page
Currently in Salesforce, users must use the 'Manage Agreements' tab to Cancel another user's Agreement (provided that advanced sharing is enabled for the Account). This is inconvenient as it requires users to navigate away from the Agreement page. Please provide functionality for users to also be able to utilise the 'Cancel' button on the Agreement page itself when cancelling other users' agreements, rather than having to navigate to the 'Manage Agreements' tab.

Bug: my document wont send for esignature, not matter what I try it kjust says it cant and goes to draft every time.
I have applied signatures and date fields to this over 7 times now and it cannot and will not send, sometimes it says its uplpoading forwever, some times it fails right away. I tried printing it and saving as a smaller file and its still wont do it.

The ability to drag a PDF file in to a template before sending
We create drawings that we need our customers to sign off. Currently we have templates set up that we use to send out to our customers for them to sign and say that they are happy with our drawings and information on the drawing provided. What we would like to do it send a copy of the drawing ( PDF) at the same time as we are sending the template for signb off, IE create the template and also drag and drop the pdf document in to the template that the template refers to.
