  1. After a recent update documents that our firm sends for signing are now editable by the recipient when signed via a browser add-in.

    If the document is downloaded and signed within the desktop app it is not editable (only the signature panel is available).

    Furthermore, if edits are made and then the document signed we are not notified of changes on the summary page.

    I hope an update will be posted soon.

  2. Sometimes our clients print out our contracts and sign them, then mail them to us. In other words, they DO NOT sign them electronically.

    In that case, for document tracking purposes, it would wonderful to physically mark the agreement as signed. Otherwise the only other option is to mark it as canceled, and to indicate why.

  3. When sending a document for signature with Adobe Sign, the document is automatically reduced and it turns blurry which makes the document very hard to read. The quality of the final signed copy is fine. The document send for signature shouldn't be reduced as the recipient needs to be able to read properly before signing.

  4. Please allow for us to change the "Participant Role" on a specific page all at once instead of having to manually change each box, which is very tedious. For example, I send out multiple forms at once to be signed by multiple people, but on the last couple of pages I want the 8th signer to sign and fill out and not the other signers. Currently, it autofill's the page to be filled out as the first signer and then I have to change all the boxes to the 8th signer. It would be nice if there was a way…

  6. Adobe Sign should go straight to the More options pop up. It should at least be an options selection to always go to More Options first. I should not have to request it every single time.

  7. We need to be able to sign documents greater than 10GB, we were unable to sign our Corporation tax return and large legal agreements. It is not appropriate to only send the signature page (which we would need to purchase another Adobe product to delete the pages)

  8. I can copy/paste it in, but for some reason I can't enter the @ in the e-mail recipient field anymore. I don't have this problem anywhere else - and it's a relatively new thing that makes it a bit of a hazzle to use it.

  10. I sign many documents that have multiple signature lines throughout the document. I read the first section and click sign ... no problems (#1). Then I read the second section. Once I'm comfortable with the text, I click to sign (#2) and it moves me back to my previous signature (#1). I have to scroll back down to the second signature line again and click to sign it again (my previous attempt did not sign, it just moved me backwards in the document). I spent an hour on the phone with support and they said the feature is only meant…

  11. I should be able to attach a doc, xls or any file type in a document for signing. It would be nice if I send a document for signing with the original source together with it, would it not?

  12. I am a photographer, (amongst other things), and want to use an Adobe product to create a photography consent form to be used in situations such as festivals and concerts. The key is, I want to be able to simply scan a person’s ID using OCR to fill the form, and then get a signature. A 30 second process, instead of 5 minutes babysitting someone filling out a form manually on an iPad. There are much lesser companies offering forms that can be filled out with OCR, but being an Adobe user, I am very surprised this functionality does not…

  16. It's so slow to work with as compare to DocuSign and if I upload couple documents together it says files is too big. it's only 12 pages, very inconvenient.

    It should give the separe report for each pdf but when you attach multiple files in one signature then it create a combined file which is creates extra work to separate them or you have to send it individually which takes longer time and too many emails in the inbox and confuse me and my clients.

  18. Please add the last updated time to the last updated field on the Privacy page so people can easily identify the date and time of the agreements to delete. It is because it is quite difficult to identify the correct file to delete if users accidentally created the same file name with the same date but different time. Thank you.
