When using Adobe sign, reviewing completed agreements. There is no SLIDER!
Add a slider to each section (completed agreements, agreements out for signature, etc.), so the user can easily scroll through them. Having to use the mouse scroll wheel is inconvenient compared to a slider.
When I opened the screen of completed agreements, I only saw the most recent ones. There is no way to know how many there are or to easily scroll through them.
This interface could be easily improved by adding a slider to the right of the screen. Not everyone has a mouse with a scroll wheel, and even if they do, it doesn't work as well…

Sending document to multiple people for individual signature
It would be great to send one document that needs an individual signature to multiple people at one time; receiving each copy individually once person has signed document.
eg: Send ABC form to Bill.Cool@gmail.com, Sandra.Cool@gmail.com, Tricia.Cool@gmail.com as group email.
Each person receives their own copy of ABC form...Bill signs form and submits, Sandra signs her ABC form signs and submits, Tricia receives her ABC form, signs and submits. Sender receives, Bill's signed form, Sandra's signed form, and Tricia's signed form all individually with unique signature in each one. As it stands now I must send ABC form first…1 vote -

Make adding signatories to documents easier with better instructions
Adding Signatories to a document can be challenging - if following the instructions in Adobe Sign, at no point does it mention that you need to go to Advanced Settings in order to create a signature block. The simple instructions simply advise the user to add the recipients to the correct areas of the document, then click "send". Doing this results in an error message:
"There are recipients who need to sign this document that do not have a signature field assigned to them. You can go back and add signature fields or we will add a signature block for…1 vote -
Google Chrome
Please de-link from Chrome. Google is the Standard Oil of 21st century, the new Octopus. . Counter to their mission statement, btw. Auto translation of some files into HTML - not a good thing. Esp. since no warning given. Once upon a time - oh well . . . .

User doesn't have license gets Weird error message while login
On accessing the below link
https://cliffordchance.eu1.documents.adobe.com/account/home
- user is directed to SSO page
- he provides his email address there to sign-in
- if the user does not have the necessary license to use Adobe Sign, he gets a weird message that the users do not like (screenshot attached).
Can you please change it to something that is more meaningful to a common user and he clearly understands what is it that he/she is lacking.

User Document Management from Admin Console
Multiple users send agreements for signature with clients they are working with but these documents are only visible to that user's login. The Admin should have the ability to view all documents in the user accounts or store them centrally. It is an extremely manual process to back these files up for our company records and the main reason we are looking to move to another e-signature tool.

Adobe Sign - Phone Auth
Hello
I am using the Adobe Sign service via API.
Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (browser on smartphone).
Here is a brief description, step by step:
1 - The signer receives the link to the Agreement
2 - By clicking on the link, the user (signer) opens the agreement in his browser (usually on his smartphone): the authentication screen appears.
3 - If the user (signer) selects the "SMS" mode and taps "OK", the SMS with the authentication code is sent correctly.
4 - But once the user…1 vote -
Fill & Sign Preview
Up until a few days ago I was able to very easily go down the list of documents that were pending and see who viewed them and who has or has not signed. Now I have to open each document one at a time to see that. Can we bring the quick preview back?

add a "duplicate" or "clone" feature to sign documents
just like docusign, add a duplicate feature in case a document needs corrections or needs just a minor change once it has already been sent.
I have a template but a customer asked me to change his name, in this case I had to cancel and create a new sign document from the template, nothing else changed, just the name.... there should be some way to be able to correct and/or duplicate rather thn having to re-type the whole thing.

Digital signatures - Alternatives to Intesi Group
You really should offer a new "feature" - alternatives to Intesi Group. (As far as I know Intesi Group is your and our only option.)
At first I was very happy to learn that Adobe Sign was included in my existing Adobe subscription and that I should by able to send documents for signing with digital id (BankID in my case). As far as I have manage to figure out, I need to get a subscription with Intesi Group to be able to send documents to clients for them to sign with their digitla signature/BankID.
However, the subsciption price is…

Update W4 and I9 to 2020 forms
In Adobe Sign under library documents > Adobe Sign Templates, there are a number of IRS tax forms. The W4 and I9 documents that are provided are now out of date. Would it be possible to update to the 2020 forms?
Thank you!

Interact with Document Cloud and Adobe Sign from within Acrobat
It would be both intelligent and highly productive to allow Acrobat users to access their Document Cloud and Adobe Sign activity/functionality within Acrobat rather than forcing them to sign-in separately via a browser.

I have just had an interesting conversation with Adobe "Support" about emails being delivered to junk rather than inboxes.
I have just had a conversation with Adobe "Support" (I use support in the loosest sense of the word) regarding emails being delivered into the junk folder rather than the inbox when sending to Hotmail, Yahoo and Outlook domains.
This is the transcript.

Checkbox
hi, My contracts require 5 checkboxes with the signer having an option to select between 1 and 5 checkboxes per answer. They must check at least one per question before returning the contract. Can I do this with Adobe Sign? Thanks
