  1. Receive error - cannot connect to the Review Server 13.107.136.9

    This is currently an error that we are experiencing. We are doing shared reviews and this was working fine several weeks ago. We were able to previously send out pdf's for review but now we are receiving this error.

  2. Associating multiple lines of highlighted text with each other

    Is there a way to associate multiple lines of highlighted text with each other? For example, pointing out contradicting lines in one paragraph against lines in another paragraph during in a review.

  3. Send and Track not working

    Twice today I have Shared a document with someone, clicked the track button, and the document DOES NOT appear in the list of files called "Shared for Viewing." Does my recipient have the doc or not? If I don't get these documents in on time I am out of business.

  4. Let me share with a group

    I met a customer today who said he'd like to have a simple way to request a group of people to review, rather than having to add each email address. He normally gets feedback from the same group of people.

  5. Sent Date/Time on Share email is not accurate

    When PDF documents are being shared via Adobe Share (f/k/a Track & Send) it appears with a California Time Stamp, not the Date/Time from the sender, this needs to be corrected as date/time stamping is very important.

  6. Attaching PDF document to email on Mac

    When I select "File" & "Attach to email". I get an error message "Server Connection Error. Please verify that port 143 is available for connection on your machine or contact your administrator. Please advise how I can fix this?

  7. Connectivity problems

    Connectivity problem. I was unable to send file to my client. I received repeated error messages saying that I was not connected to the internet. I was not having any internet issues. I was actively online as I was preparing to send. I ended up just using my email program.

    Could you please install the latest update and try to send file again ?

    Steps to update :
    1. Go to Help→“Check for Updates”.

  8. Open a file

    I am able to Open a File function, but once I email it for testing when the receiving user would like to open the file, they are unable.

    How do I get the file with the form?

  9. Attach PDF to existing email

    It would be great if there was a way to drag and drop an open PDF on to an email that is already open. The "Attach to email" feature only opens a new email. For example, I'm in an email chain where I'm periodically downloading PDFs from a software, and I want to attach it to the email chain and send it off. Currently, I need to save the document locally and then attach it, which takes extra time and space. It would be helpful if there was a way to just drag and drop the PDF onto the open…

    Contact button on request signature hides 'send' button. Could the contact button be moved to the lower left corner so the send button can be seen.

  11. emailing files to multiple emails in a blind copy

    I would like to send a pdf file to multiple people to view only but in a BCC method so they do not know the other recipients of the email. this is specifically for sending large plans to multiple competing subcontractors

  14. BUG : EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)

    When opening attached pdf file using Acrobat DC Pro on Mac, I encounter this error. Note that the file opens correctly in acrobat reader on the same computer.
    Expected result : file opens correctly in Acrobat DC Pro.

  15. Sharing my Catalogues

    Hi,

    I've been on with adobe remote as I was having problems when I share my catalogue links with clients - they were going out of order. We've came up with a way I can get around this but it's temporary and this takes time. They told to contact you as they believe it's a bug. Everything looks ok on my work space and catalogue but when I make it public and click on the link, they all go out of order. Like I said, the remote team told me to contact you as they couldn't fix it but managed…

  17. Why cant I easily email pdf without using acrobart email

    Very hard to send pdf attached to my usual email. This is a very badPractice, trying to force users to use the system. Hate this way of doing businesss

  18. Multi-User PDF editing/collaboration within SharePoint

    As an organisation we receive many PDF documents which are centrally stored within SharePoint. We have a requirement to read and provide comments on the content from a multi-user base, i.e. we need the ability to collaborate on a single PDF where all Users can read and write comments on the same PDF document, plus all edits are saved centrally. Essentially can Adobe provide the same collaboration tools as Microsoft does with Office 365?

  19. Acrobat DC hangs up Outlook when PDF is shared

    when I share a document using email on outlook, Adobe acrobat Pro often hangs up my email so I can not access any features. The only way to regain email access is to close every open pdf, and then close the lingering windows that shows recent documents. I use Adobe acrobat DC all day everyday, so I am hung up at least once or twice a day.

  20. use compare report and send it for shared review with old and new file side-by-side view

    I have 2 pdfs, version 1 and version 2. Using compare pdf, I can able to view the changes made and save the compare report and see side-by-side.

    But, when I send the compare report for shared review, but the reviewers can see only the new file with comments and can not see side-by-side on browser.

    Enable side-by-side view for shared review through browser. So the reviewers can easily identify the changes from version 1 to version 2 and it is easy for them to review.
