7. pdf tab number

   Have renamed and moved all tab numbers for form to be filled in the correct order, however still encountering errors in the actual document. Section 17 is being prompted as if it were section 14. Is this because the box for data is higher up in the document than the others? Happening across multiple PDFs.

8. Acrobat Pro Windows - OneDrive - Sorting content by date doesn't work anymore

   I use Acrobat Pro on Windows 11, and since some update, when I open the OneDrive storage folder, I can't sort the contents by date anymore, only by name.
   It only affects OneDrive! Other contents like Google Drive I can sort by date.

9. Reduce header real estate consumption

   Reduce header real estate consumption - too many options in the header. I only have 1" out of 6"-7" of a gray area to grab a pdf to drag, move, etc. Too many unnecessary options at the top: House (Home), + Create, ? - ok for help, bell symbol, 9 dots for other apps - removing these would free up valuable real estate in the header. Make them optional to turn on/off as needed.

15. Move Constrain Proportions Back Above Margin Dimensions

    In older versions of Acrobat the Constrain Proportions checkbox was above the margin dimensions boxes. That was far, far more usable for me, as 99.9% of the artwork I'm working with has uniform crop marks. I'm a keyboard user, so when the Crop dialog opens, I'll tab down to the dimensions. In previous versions I could press the space bar to check Constrain Proportions, tab to Top, type in my crop amount, tab to the next box and I was all set.

    Now I have to either click Constrain Proportions separately then shift+Tab to go back up, or tab several extra times.

    This isn't some make or break thing, but after using a newer version for several months, I still find myself annoyed by the new layout and having a worse user experience.

16. Adobe closing when moving tabs to create new window

    I usualy open multiple documents in tabs in one window. When I need to compare two documents I was used to dragging the tab out of the window to create a new window to compare documents side by side or on two screens When doing this now Acrobat reader closes all documents. 17. I keep getting lost in the user interface. It is not consistent!

    While I am working on pdf documents with Acrobat, I keep having difficulties finding commands, toolbars, buttons that just a moment before were in some place, and then they suddenly disappear or moved to some hard to find place.
    I remember having used today a button to optimize a scanned document, which opened a dialog allowing me to customize compression settings (dpi). I can no longer find it (instead, I find a similar command but which does not allow me to customize compression settings besides a few simple settings).
    On the top toolbar, earlier today I have used the buttons to navigate to previous and next view. Now they are gone. I want them back!!
    Acrobat's user interface is totally confusing.
    And by the way: why are the side panels swapped (left vs right) on some documents??

20. BUG: Document Path Not Updating Correctly When PDF Is Moved

    Acrobat has endless problems with Sonoma. One of them is that when you move an open PDF from one location to another (e.g. modify the path of the document) Acrobat is not updating this path.

    For example I have a PDF that is located inside a folder buried somewhere on my hard drive. The document is open in Acrobat and I move the PDF to my desktop. The path should update to show this new desktop location - but it doesn't - it still shows the path on my hard drive even though the file now resides on my desktop.

    Every other application in Sonoma works correctly and updates this path.

    To see your path, command click on the PDF document title - test this out and you'lll see this functionality is BROKEN.
