  1. programs still running after uninstall

    The uninstall process left the highlighted programs still running on my machine after the uninstall completed successfully. this caused my google chrome web browser to stutter whilst playing videos. Funny how there's a .dll file with "chrome" in its name in that directory.

    Don't really appreciate software running on my PC without permission. Probably contacting Adobe servers to see if its a licensed copy. It was a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC downloaded 2 weeks ago.

  2. Print paper size, no default button.

    Printed an envelope a month ago, but system then decided that was my default. I print letters daily but have to change out from #10 envelope every time. No way to change default; how about a button to do so?

  3. Bug: Mixed orientation documents result in wrong output on MacOS

    A PDF document containing portrait and landscape pages is printed incorrectly on MacOS (tested on Mojave (10.14) and Catalina (10.15)).
    I attached a test document (A4B5MixedOrientation.pdf) containing 2 pages A4 portrait followed by 2 pages B5 landscape.
    Because of the different page sizes in the document it is necessary to switch on "Choose paper source by PDF page size" in the Acrobat print dialog.
    When printing this document the output is wrong for the 2nd page. I attached the PS output and a distilled PDF version of the output (GenericPS_2020_08_28_091748.ps and GenericPS_2020_08_28_091748.pdf).

  4. when opening pdf file from outlook, pdf opens blank. preview file shows data, if try to open file is blank, opens on iphone, weird.

  6. Allow shared review deadline default to be changed to None

    I never use deadlines for shared reviews, so the 14-day default is a nuisance. I often forget to change it to None (3 extra clicks for nothing) and then have to go back and change it when reviewers complain review is locked - more time wasted.

    Please give us the option to have None as the default. It's the obvious default.

  7. Need Enhancement for User Configuration of AdobeSign Field Defaults

    The default for fields is set to Auto. Each field must have the Appearance edited manually for a different font size. Users need to be able to set defaults for font sizes, i.e. 10pt, for all documents without creating templates.

  8. Need Enhancement for User Configuration of AdobeSign Fields

    The Signature Block field needs resizing capability and the signature needs to be larger. Currently, the signature is smaller than the email line and the entire field needs to be resizable.

  9. Acrobat Pro DC

    I work with a colleague on creating PDF forms and documents. Rather than play email attachment tennis, I would like to be able to use tools like Prepare Form and collaborate with them online, using separate IDs to access the same document. Without this our work is disjointed and inefficient

  10. "Please don't contact me via email" checkbox doesn't work

    When signing up for Adobe, the user is shown a checkbox that says "Please don't contact me via email". I ticked this box before proceeding, but I was automatically subscribed to all emails anyway. Please fix the checkbox so users are automatically unsubscribed from all but transactional emails if the box is checked.

  11. Main Console - ability to change/add/remove columns in display.

    On the Main Admin Console please list the group that the license is assigned to for ease of use for each dept know # of licenses or give us the ability to add columns from other pages to the main console so we can personalize it for our individual needs.

  12. Lists wrong in Word to PDF conversion

    When converting from Word (O365 ProPlus desktop) to PDF using the Acrobat add-in (Acrobat PDFMaker 20 for Word), lists are not transferring correctly. (Styles are of course used in Word to create the lists properly.) Nested lists lose the nesting and become one long list. Lists that cross pages either: combine the last item on the first page with the first item on the next page in the <LI>/<LBody> tag of the former; or create two separate lists for each page.

  15. FIX IT!

    What the **** is the point of this if Adobe isn't going to do a **** thing to address any issues raised?!

    The pan feature is WORTHLESS when trying to view a drawing. It NEVER works! EVER! Creates a blue dialog box instead. SO GLAD I PAID FOR THIS POS software!

  16. Bug Report

    When I insert a video into a PDF and the video format is vertical the video rotates 90 degrees and can not be rotated back to the vertical position. However if the video is a horizontal format then it inserts correctly. A customer service rep said it was designed to work this way. I really find that hard to believe. It sounds like an excuse. Very frustrating for weeks I've been confronted with this Please fix.

    "Acrobat DC Stopped Working" popup seen after Acrobat DC Pro 2020.012.20041 patch / update recently. Popup seen while VB6.0 '.Exit' method is programmatically called.

    This used to work in earlier version Acrobat DC Pro 2019.021.20056

  18. Unable to highlight and note digitally signed docmument; need to add header/footer.

    Need to be able to highlight text and add header/footer/file name to digitally signed documents (with the option of keeping it clean). This DOES NOT IMPAIR content or security of the file and does not change/invalidate the document execution. Please note, this precisely is a huge issue with digitally signed documents in that they are impossible to work with afterward For reasons of confidentiality, I can not attach an example file. ***My idea: allow highlight/notation/header/footer BUT INCLUDE A FEATURE: a "send with/without notations" and a "print with/without notes" feature.     So far I am using Adobe Pro DC and it works perfect. Yet I can see, that I will not need to renew my contract ones the 12 month periode is over. Even though I made two attemps to talk to you online support team they could not help me prevent a not needed renewal so far. The only option offered was to pay the full amount that is still open but then not being able to use the program any longer from this very moment of the cancelation of the contract.
