Hi Richard
Thanks for the feedback. As you are aware that this is a mailbox, it would be difficult to expect a response in real time. Rest assured, that this is definitely monitored and you will definitely get a response from one of us.
In case you are seeking immediate help, you can try posting on Acrobat forums or contact Adobe support directly and someone might be able to help you out. Thanks again for sharing the requested information.
Can you also tell us if the PDF file gets created fine from Indesign?
What exact steps are you doing to export PDF in Acrobat? Thanks

What I find interesting is the amount of money you collect from us, yet you give us a mailbox that is unmonitored, a sort of quick little F U, that we've got your money, and you do it our way or the highway. yet you still want us to respond.... like you care. WE pay you, you don't pay us.

What is the default PDF viewer on your system?
Adobe Acrobat Pro DCDo you get any error message while opening PDF?
No. Nothing. IT just never shows up anymore.
Without this information, we won’t be able to help you much.

I create PDF files in InDesign with File > Export (on Windows 7).
Then I enter the file name.
The 'Export Adobe PDF' dialog box appears.
Under 'General' I make sure the 'View PDF after Exporting' box is checked.
Then, after exporting, my new PDF file DOES appear in Acrobat.
