Hey Brendan,
We checked your account with the email id registered on UserVoice forums, I couldn't see any active Adobe Acrobat Pro subscriptions. There might be some payment-related issue, please reach out to our customer service team.

I'm having the same issue. So much for $600 down the drain.

I am having the same problem. Purchased an annual subscription and it works fine on my Windows PC. When I log in with my MAC it tells me my trial is over. Very frustrated.

Signing out and back in does not work, there is a real problem with the program. Please fix this or give us access to someone who can. This is fraudulent activity and predatory behavior by Adobe especially when there is no direct access to someone who can fix this problem. Give us a downloadable version or I can make sure I call the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau as well as go online and give a horrible review. I have less than 3 days in my trial. If this is not corrected or someone does not contact me directly from support I will not have an option but to alert the proper authorities. Thank you.
Someone who isn't so demure. I'll be glad to show you proof my account was charged for this program and that logging out and back in does not solve the issue. -

My problem is similar. I've been encouraged to buy during a trial and so have filled in the buy information twice (In March and again in August 2019). However nothing has been installed and I am still told I have only 4 days of trial left!
