Please add the ability to set defaults for the Share feature, So that Send as Attachment can be set as the default

Could you please follow the steps in the below article to use the email icon to send PDF directly as email attachment.

The new share sub-menu doesn't add any useful features for our workflows. I have 100 users who need to e-mail 300-500 PDFs per day from Acrobat, which since 10/2 now takes 3 additional clicks, for no reason.
Please give us an option to revert this feature to pre-19 status so we can again send-as-attach to default mail app with a single click.

Yes can this please be fixed sooner than later why would you want us to take more time to send an email. My primary function is to send emails daily and granted it is a few more clicks, but it is annoying. I do not want to take longer to do my job. When do you anticipate that this will be fixed?

I agree as well. I use this button all day long a hundred times a day! I hate having three steps now when i used to have only one! Terrible update on Adobe's part. Please return it to the way it was yesterday.

Please change the email icon in the menu bar back to email only. I now have to click through the share options to email a file. Too many clicks. Why do you increase the work it takes to perform a simple operation and call it customization or progress!

I agree, I need that direct link to email button as well - I use it all day at work! Making me create a PDF and save it doubles the time it takes to process requests from our customers! HELP!!!

I would like to second this very loudly. When you need to send 300+ PDF bi weekly (read PAYROLL) being able to set up MouseKeys in Windows and only have to click in one spot in Adobe makes that job sooo much easier. Either that or set up a keyboard short cut to got straight to email as attachment

Email button on the tool bar requires 2 more click than in the previous version. This is extremely clunky if you spend a lot of time sharing multiple pdfs with multiple people.
Now you have to click the letter button > Send as attachment> Use default email. Compared to just clicking the icon.

Please restore the direct link to email button - its driving me nuts having to go over to the share screen after clicking the email icon just to have to select the email option "send as attachment" then select "default email". Creating 3 steps for one function is NOT efficient nor an improvement!

Today's update changed a one-click process into a process that now takes three clicks and it's a terrible change. There should still be a button which automatically generates an Outlook email with PDF attached. Previously I could just click that button and it would be done. Now I have to click Share button, Click the Send as Attachment button, make sure it's on default, and then click continue. There needs to be a button available in the tools menu at the top where I can just click it and it does all of this for me like it used to. I send so many files this way that making it three clicks is going to really add-up the wasted time clicking through all these unnecessary steps to do something that used to be so simple.

You’ve created a “central hub” for file sharing options, but what that has done is created additional UNNECESSARY steps in order to simply send a pdf as an email. So now rather than just clicking on the “Email” icon to send an email, I click on the “Email” icon, then have to elect “Send as an attachment” then select the email account to use. THEN I can send the email. Giant pain and kills my efficiency at work. Please fix this issue by creating a simple “Email” icon and use the new “Share” icon for your sharing hub.

I now have to navigate another menu and selection options just to email a scanned pdf document. Please Please put it back to just a simple click. I don't want to answer a questionnaire about what I am doing or invite people.
