Send monthly Creative Cloud invoices to my email automatically
I know how to access my invoices but it is a hassle, time consuming and easy to forget.
Please send me my invoices by email automatically.
I shouldn't have to log into my creative cloud account, find my latest invoice and click an email me button. Creative Cloud should send me my invoice automatically.
Adobe is able to send me tips, marketing information and other rubbish automatically but the one thing I want, it can't do.
The people reviewing these messages seem to think it is smart to ignore requests by many hundreds of people or even to merge it with a solution that is not the solution.
Why does Adobe like to do things to make me angry rather than to make me like Adobe? Anyway, it will be interesting to see how long this lasts before it is merged with the non solution.

Same here - absolutely stupid that a software company can't/won't do such a basic thing as auto email invoices!

Same challenge here. I am reminded monthly by our finance team that the adobe receipt is missing. All other vendors I work with email invoice receipts and I have them auto-forward to our finance team.

This is truly insane, that this doesn't exist as an option. You should be able to add a billing profile to your account that enables invoices to be automaically sent to an email address.
What's more insane, is that instead of emailing the invoice, which would actually be helpful, Adobe has decided to send an email at the end of your billing cycle to tell you that you need to login, navigate to the billing section and then download the invoice.
Then if you're an IT Administrator, which you likely are for a Teams environment, you need to email it to the billing department. Truly stupid!!!

Adobe, PLEASE give us an option to email the invoice to our account every month...!

Good lord. How is this not a thing in 2024?!

they need to just build it in as an opt-in system notification.
As the manager of a service billed using subscriptions, I understand that you don't want to remind users that they're paying every month if they don't ask for reminders.
However, this could still be built (easily) and simply be turned off by default.
This is not the only service we use that does not have automatic emails about invoices and it's driving me crazy having to manually find invoices and send them to the finance team (which I am required to do for ANY expense of any sort)

They don't want people to see the bills every month. People would cancel. Plus anyone who has autopay set up and forgot to cancel would notice.

Just took over the management of our company's account and I'm amazed how such a basic functionality as sending automatic invoices to e-mail is not existing in 2023 (and after years of requests from users).
Why they refuse to add this simple yet powerful quality of life improvement for their users is beyond me.

I too want an automatic email with invoice attached each month. This would greatly improve the user experience of forwarding invoices to accounting departments or similar. The current "log in and manually download an invoice each month" experience is inexcusably pants-on-head stupid.

I keep opening cases with Adobe. They use aws for the email system to send receipts. There is already a button to email the receipts. They just need to add an if statement saying when there is a new receipt to auto email it. All the heavy lifting was already done when they moved invoice emails to aws. It team keeps trying to close the case. Everyone should call Adobe and ask why they keep closing this case id ADB-29785051-Q7F5 as I've gone into great detail, spoke with multiple supervisors, the floor manager and dealt with multiple rounds of objections by the back end it team. I keep asking for us managers to step in.

Another month passes of my finance department chasing me for this stupid invoice. Adobe! Get your act together and figure out how to automate emailing invoices!

I was wondering where the option was to auto-send invoices to my email. So it seems they don't have any. It's a shame really, this would make tax management a lot easier especially as I can auto-send invoices to Hubdoc and reconcile with Xero a lot faster.

It's ridiculous really. Even MICROSOFT, who are ATROCIOUS in almost every way, will email me my monthly invoice. This is such a basic service, it's insane that Adobe can't figure it out.

What a complete lack of customer service to see that this functionality is still missing!

What a tedius and totally avoidable process to log in each month do find and download my own invoice.
Please allow an option for automatic email delivery - even the smallest companies are able to set this up. Piece of cake for a giant like Adobe. Thanks!

Adobe, PLEASE for the love of everything, send a monthly invoice. Why do I have to log into the **** account every month and waste time finding the invoice, then emailing it to myself? A BILLION dollar company can't flipping send an invoice for their ****?????
FIX. IT.

Yes, please enable automated invoice emailing. I currently have a reminder in my work calendar for the day after billing to log into the website, download then email them off. That can't be the happy path for that interaction.
Figure this one out please for the small teams out here.

I swear it takes an act of God every month to find my Adobe Stock invoice. Why Adobe feels they can avoid providing this most basic customer service blows my mind, and yet they get away with it for years and years. I hate monopolies. 🤬
