  2. Currently, if you have more than one Adobe account (for instance, one for work use and one for personal use), you have to sign out/in of each account before using the application. This process is already daunting, as it just shuts down if you do not already have an account - the only fix I've found is to pretend like you are going to buy the product, at which point you can finally switch the user ID. You then have to log out of one User ID in order to login to the other User ID to use the other…

  5. I'm frustrated that I pay every month to have a license for Adobe DC as part of my bundle of Adobe products and it is unstable, unreliable and full of bugs. Today, when opening up the program I was notified that my trial for DC had ended - HOWEVER, I am not on a trial, I am on year #4 of my paid subscription!! Now, features I had are gone, the Prepare Form function no longer works, I cannot create fillable PDFs (a service I get paid to do!)

    How can I justify paying every month for something that does…

  6. Currently versions of Adobe Acrobat suite have 2 forms of updates.
    Manual and Auto.
    Unfortunately on the auto update, Minimal controls exist. So corporate users have to either deploy a server to host all auto updates and publish as they become available. OR accept that the latest version will be applied immediately as they become available.

    The hosted server, is an option, but will put further pressure on VPN's as users are most likely to work in a hybrid home/office environment.

    What would be useful is borrowed from googles approach with Chrome, where a simple policy or registry key can…

  7. There is no software and no access after purchasing this software through the link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

    A receipt came from u-bill uplink not from adobe and the software doesnt work after downloading. Stills requires upgrade even after purchasing. I request investigation and full refund.
    Also, I did not select to add any of the optional features yet i was charged for many of them. Dodgy scam!!!!

  8. Even though I installed Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard in my new computer, I don't use its software due to the activation problem. My software S/N is 1016-1166-0657-7645-3866-7335.   9. When installing, we get the message that the software is installed on too many devices. Why not do like Dropbox and tell the customer these are the devices this software in on...and then ask which would you like to deactivate...simple, particularly in the cases where the previous device is no longer available and cannot be deactivated by the user.

  13. MacBook Pro (2019, 16"), OS 10.15.7. Acrobat DC stopped working. When I click app to open, it crashes. Unistalled and reinstalled w/ CC, restart, still didn't work. Uninstalled from Finder (recommended on Adobe support), cannot reinstall. Restart again, still cannot install or open. CC says app is installed, update available, but unable to open. Help.

  14. Please support case-sensitive file systems. I have a requirement to use case-sensitive file systems, including the boot partition on my MacBook Pro. The only software that I cannot use is Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I see this issue has been going on for over five years. Please fix this. Otherwise, I just won't be buying/subscribing to Adobe products.

  17. I just upgraded to a new macbook using macOS 11.2.3 Big Sur, and the licensing app for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 won't load/proceed now. I try to open Pro, the licensing app pops up instead, I click "Sign In Now," and the next screen is entirely blank (see screenshot). I tried the Terminal sudo fix that previously worked for an earlier OS, but it did nothing, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I'm still having the same issue.

My idea is that Adobe would re-engineer how Adobe Acrobat Premium and Adobe PDF Pack work together on a IOS and Windows Device seamlessly or, and allow the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to carry over from a computer to a phone seamlessly, since it is the update to Acrobat Premium. I also would like Adobe Acrobat Premium to be a feature that works on both IOS devices and Windows devices seamlessly instead of one only working on the computer at a time or not at all due to programming.

  19. Currently, licensed users are limited to only having 2 instances of a product active at any time. Now that users have multiple devices they need to have the product activated on, 2 is no longer enough.

    Please can you give us the option to increase the number of computers a license can activate by either creating a more expensive "plus" version or allow us to assign multiple licenses to a single user account.
