  1. Needs to be a way to clear incorrect email addresses from Request E-signatures. Some of my staff has typed in incorrect emails that keep popping up in autocomplete and will inadvertently use them which cause the document to go nowhere; no notification that it was incorrect. Need a way or tool to clear cache or individual incorrect email addresses.

    Example. Correct email is John.smith@network.com
Staff type incorrectly at some point and sent request to Johnsmith@network.com. Since has entered correct email. When typing the correct and incorrect emails both pop up in autocomplete and staff sometimes inadvertently hit the incorrect…

  2. On requesting e-signatures there is a CC field, I would like all signers to be able to see who is in the CC field, not just the person creating the form not just the person creating the form.

  3. https://eforms.state.gov/Forms/ds82.pdf

if you enter the fill & sign tool, check at least one 'yes' boxes, then scroll down Acrobat crashes with this message:

There was a RAISE without a handler. The application will now exit.

It is repeatable. (If you scroll without checking the boxes there is a scroll discontinuity but no crash.)

  4. I have a sign-in sheet I send to all participants of a meeting. The sheet has a series of lines for signatures and in the past I have been able to click each line and add a field for an individual signature.

Now, when I click the first line, it populates all lines below it with the same signature field. It does not do this with the name field, only the signature.

If I manually delete these extra signature fields everything looks fine, but after I send it out I find that the deleted signature fields still exist beneath the…

  5. I used the online interface. Uploaded file for signature (using Mac, Ventura 13.1. SafariVersion 16.2 (18614.3.7.1.5)). Placed signature box for signing party. Felt uncomfortable as it didn't look normal based on my usual experience of the software (the default UI has changed). Clicked button which says something like "switch to classic interface". Page appeared blank so placed signature box again. Hit send.

Expected result: Signer should receive file and sign once.
Observed result: Signer received file and was made to sign twice.

You can see two signatures overlayed in the signature area. The audit report for the document, however, only…

  7. I have an acrobat subscription and have now transitioned from PC to Mac products. A major flaw in the system right now (according to my limited research and feedback from discussion forums) is not being able to flatten documents by "printing to PDF" on macs. I need this functionality or please let me know how to achieve this without having to print and scan the document in again! I review and mark up documents and I need to be able to do that in macs. Please provide an alternative if one exists. Angelica

  8. While I love the security of fill and sign, I have had to find work arounds in order to put multiple signed documents together by screen capturing those with signatures, then compiling these into 1 document from multiple signers of different parts. Please do not take away the ability to screen grab signed agreements without putting another easier method of controlling the agreements I send out for signing.

That said, if portfolios continue to be the method of compiling several documents into one, is it possible to make them previewable without downloading the file in browser based cloud systems like…

  9. When sending a document for e-signatures, the subject line is unsuspectingly including raw HTML and <a> tags. This used to be called "Fill & Sign" or "Advanced Sign" something like that... now it's been update to calling this "e-signatures" or other recent update to Acrobat seems to have introduced this issue.

  10. New Home vs Dashboard has meant it's not intuitive. Starting a new agreement from scratch is not an option as it doesn't save (not just doesn't save automatically but doesn't save when I click 'save'). BRING BACK CLASSIC

  13. I added form fields (including a signature field) to a PDF, using Acrobat DC. Now, when users try to fill and sign the form using Reader, they get an error message reading, "The operation failed because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unknown error." They are unable to save a signature onto the document.
Not the most helpful of error messages. How can I avoid users getting this error?

  16. There needs to be an option to assign fields to 'Anyone' on a multi-signer 'Complete in Any Order document'. Acrobat allows you to choose both options but the result comes back as a ghost check box or blank spot where a field should be. After a couple of days of trouble shooting and requesting assistance from Adobe, it isn't a feature available. But it is? The error that comes up is "There are fields in the agreement that are not assigned to a specific recipient. When recipients participate in any order these fields are not available for filling." Can they…

  20. I get too many email notifications. Suggestion: add new option in "My Events" email notification: "Agreement signed by all signers and filed" (currently the option "Agreement signed or approved" sends me email when each signer signs. I only want an email when all signers have signed and the "Agreement is signed and filed".
