  1. When people sign the agreement I send to them using Adobe Sign, the signature box will show up in the correct place when the person accesses the file, but the PDF that is generated after the person hits submit will show the signature in the wrong place. It will show up in another place on the page, and it will be upside down. I have tested the file myself to ensure it wasn't a one-off issue or problem with their computer, and the same thing happened. I know for a fact that the signature box was put in the right…

  2. It DOES NOT ERASE properly. Dragging it over strokes results in some ridiculous calculation, then only a tiny fraction gets erased. I have to go over and over and over it.
This makes erasing anything a massive time-waster and incredibly frustrating.
On top of that, it consume too much CPU resources while doing this pathetic job.

  3. I observed and reproduced a bug in Acrobat Sign. Users are unable to download the document for signature in e.g. Acrobat Sign once signing with cloud signature (provider D-Trust sign-me) has been selected.

Please fix the possibility to download the document for siging after clicking „cancel“ in the cloud signature provider's pop up window.

The following are the detailed steps to reproduce the bug.

A user selects cloud signature to sign a document with trust service provider d-trust. He is redirected to the Login pop-up window. He selects cancel and returns to the dialogue in acrobat sign. He then chooses…

  5. be able to view the reminders set and sent on a document in all categories of agreements. In Progress, Complete, Canceled, etc.

Give us the opportunity to go back once a document is closed to view the amount of times a reminder was sent to sign.

  6. Acrobat on Mac OS has critical bug. In particular, when entering data into a dynamic XML PDF file, the “created” timestamp of the file system metadata of the file is changed upon save of the file (which results in the “created” timestamp matching the “modified” timestamp). This bug does not exist in Adobe Acrobat on Windows.

This bug affects any program that relies on the “created” and “modified” timestamps accurately reflecting when files are created and modified (like cloud data storage systems).

Adobe has known about this bug for 5 years but has not done anything to address it.

  9. Fill & sign is not available on the downloaded version of Acrobat on my new computer, despite being on the latest version on my old one. I have tried adding it to the tool bar (using the pen nib icon), but it does not show when I save the toolbar.
This means that the only option to sign documents through the desktop version is via a certificate which requires one to sign up to a paid subscription option, or by creating a digital certificate which is long-winded and time-consuming.
Fill & Sign is available on the online version, but of…

  10. Acrobat is soo frustrating. Everytime we enter text is a space the text is a different size. Please add multi-select capabilities with options to make the text boxes align on the bottom and make the same text size... .OMG. Please fix. This is been awful and still no fix. It makes people and business look amaturish.

  13. MY HAND WRITTEN SIGNATURE DOESN'T APPEAR.

As you can see in the Pic below - the SIGNATURE appears in the toolbar as it "should" be enabled, but defacto i cannot use it at all.
I tried every thing - searching for a tool in the search area, different files - nothing works.

I downloaded ACROBAT READER and there the signature WORKS!
but its unconvenient because I'm using other PRO tools.

    PLEAS HELP!

  14. Bug: there is no way to make the date field required on Adobe desktop through Request E-Signatures tab.

While the name, title, etc. fields are automatically set to required, the date field isn't. Unlike the text field, there is no option to make it required, either.

    See attached screenshot.

  15. Signed a document with a scanned signature. Then want to save "Certified Copy'.
That consistently produces an error " An error occured while uploading ..." See screenshot below.
No additional messages are provided - therefore I have no idea what is happening - expecting a bug or problems with account.

  16. I would like to inform you about a bug/problem in the "Fill and Sign" function in Adobe Reader. I assume that the problem affects the entire product line. Every installation is likely to be affected, you can reproduce the problem yourself

The problem was identified in several versions of Abobe Reader, on 20+ computers, in different companies. Also in the free and PRO versions.

    The following problems occur:

1.) Main problem: When entering a lot of text using the Fill&Sign function, Abobe Reader starts to lag extremely, and the use of the Fill and Sign function is no longer possible.…

  17. This is more of a complaint. This new e-signatures feature you all put in for the PDFs has messed up the ability to enter information into fill sections. I can't change the information in the fill sections anymore.

Overall, could you all just stop messing with stuff for a little while and let us get used to whats already there? You all have added so many new features and stuff that it's becoming convoluted. Just stop. Ya'll doing too much.

  18. CONFIRMED BUG REPORT on ULTRA-WIDE MONITORS (confirmed on Philips 34E1C5600HE)

any popup control or embedded HTML in the Acrobat Pro for Mac will either not display (blank white box) or will be over stretched beyond the controls set boundries. In order to use the control, the window must be moved either back to the Macbook retina display or the ultrawide display must be scaled down to a non-wide configuration leaving black space on the sides of the philips monitor.

  19. There needs to be a User-level Option in the Acrobat Pro DC settings that enables a user to turn off Automatic Field Detection (AFD) when using the Acrobat DC Pro Request Signatures feature. Or add an additional dialogue box asking for AFD when the flow is initiated. It is very annoying when the new UI version auto populates fillable fields in a PDF when all you want to do is apply a signature box. This should be an option for those wanting to create a fillable form versus those that just need a PDF signed.
