Request for Enhanced Collaboration Features in Adobe Acrobat

I’d like to propose an enhancement to the collaboration features in Adobe Acrobat. While the current tools for commenting and sharing are helpful, I believe there is room for improvement to make teamwork more efficient and seamless.
Here are a few suggestions:
Real-time Collaboration: It would be fantastic to have a real-time editing feature that allows multiple users to work on the same document simultaneously, similar to Google Docs. This would greatly improve workflow for teams working remotely.
Enhanced Notification System: Implementing a more robust notification system for comments and changes made by collaborators would help users stay updated without constantly checking the document.
Customizable Comment Tags: Allowing users to create customizable tags or categories for comments would help in organizing feedback and prioritizing changes more effectively.
Version History Access: Providing an easy way to access and compare previous versions of a document would allow users to track changes and revert if necessary.
These enhancements would not only streamline the collaborative process but also enhance user satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat as a leading tool for document management.

Admin Console - Show full version on package downloads
Please show the full version of Acrobat when downloading prebuilt packages from the Adobe Admin Console, or at least the upload date. Currently, the package shows 25.01 as the version where it should be something like 2024.005.20392.

Macos Sequoia on Mac Mini M4. Using Word for Macos to create a PDF always crashes if using File > Print, select PDF dropdown at the bottom and select Save as Adobe PDF. Leave defaults of PDF/A and Adobe Acrobat and click on Continue. then Save.

Disable Audit Report
The actual problem we are facing is that with Adobe Sign which is part of our existing Acrobat Pro subscription. Everytime, when we signed on the digital signature. An audit report is attached in all documents. We need to eliminate that.
As per your experts, I need to upgrade enterprise license is just to remove this feature.
Is it fair ? We are paying huge amount of money for the software which is not allowing us to do what we need to for.
This is totally unacceptable. The customer should be able to enable or disable features in any purchased products.
We need Disabling Audit report feature in all forms of licenses.

Improved User Management via the Adobe Admin Console - Search/Filter by Country
"Country" is a user attribute/field which is specified when adding or updating a user on the Adobe Admin Console. The current fields displayed via the portal, include, Name, Emal, Id Type, and Product (icons). Ideally we could have a feature to add/show additional user attributes, in particular "Country". Alternatively, add an optional "Country" drop down list filter next to the current search box on the User list page. I appreciate we can export the list to CSV/Excel and then filter this list offline, but a "Country" search option/filter within the web console would helpful also. Thanks.

Improved Insight/Reporting via the Adobe Admin Console - User/Usage Data
The Insight module on the Adobe Admin Console is very basic. Can this be enhanced to include product usage data by user or at a minimum show the last usage or last logon date by the user.

Freezes
Constant application freezes when trying to open a signed file, lots of clicks to open it, frustrating...please fix ASAP .Version 2024.005.20399.

Scroll bar - Why is there no scroll bar?
Please put a scroll bar on Acrobat like every other program has. Hiding the scroll bar unless I use the wheel on a mouse does not work because due to repetitive stress injury as a production artist I can not use the wheel on a mouse. Why can't we just have a normal scroll bar? There is no reason to remove a scroll bar. This is so difficult to work on multi page documents and having to use that wheel is painful. I can't imagine this is considered ADA "accessible" and what purpose does it serve to make it harder to use the program?

Idea-fire everyone who worked on the new interface
I LOVED adobe a few years ago up until recently, where everything is so overcomplicated and impossible to use that I would rather inscribe my documents onto a stone tablet and give it to my boss. Expansion and upgrades just to seem flashy while serving no purpose have ruined this application. Additionally, why is it impossible to save things to my desktop?? It wasn't an issue for 30 years but now there are 5 buttons to save something to my cloud and the desktop option is still MIA in my eyes.

This is the worst. takes hours to get a simple thing like a drop down list to work. (still Doesn’t work) Even your website is a convoluted mess. It took 15 min to find this then you have to go through 20 options to write a review. I shouldn't need a PHD to write a simple form that auto populates date and time. I've had to watch 10 videos, that were out of date, and still have gotten nowhere.
Your text boxes Choose what ever size they want to be and not what I need them to be.Ive given up with this Chat GPT can probably make me a better form and with less Headaches than this program. what a waist of time
