E-sign link via TEXT
Would be very helpful to be able to send the signature request via text message link, so that customer gets a text alert message and opens link into the e-sign website.

Web Application Navigation
Back to Documents/Agreements list.
After selecting a document to review, the document is displayed, but there is no in page navigation to get back to the document list.
When working in the webapplication, the ideal is that the application provides all the control and navigation as in many webapps, using the browser's Back command confounds the links, search criteria or other issues.
Please provide the appropriate navigation on the webpages.1 vote -

Why do I constantly have to sign in again and again? it is so annoying? It seems like every time I try to read a pdf it asks me to sign in all over again!

Complete in Order/Any Order default
There should be a default setting for this.
Depending on the organization or task, a user will find a preference. Having to change from the default on each submission is a waste of time.1 vote -
Automatic Language selection prevents use of signature module
Please allow the user to select a language in the signature module. We are a bilingual company, may of our forms are in both English and Mandrin to allow ease of use in both the US and China. English however is our language of choice. We cannot use Adobe sign and it automatically sends for signature using Mandrin. I and my Us colleages do not read or speak the language. no way to remove date/time stamp from signatures now
What happened to being able to remove the date/time stamp to the signatures? Previously, it was easy to turn it off/on under settings. You need to reinstall that feature. There is no clear way to turn off the date/time stamp now.

Slow response for Signors approvers
Receiver of E-sign request is experience errors ("Network Error") and perceived slowness in switching to Management screen after signing documents and loading documents.
I understand there may be issues with Firewall and other security applications in place that could limit throughput, but Esign is an important service for enterprises and would hope some promotion to white-list appropriate websites providing this service would be communicated.1 voteHi,

Adobe Acrobat Pro server problems!
I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

Request signatures not loading
Hello!
Our team has all been having regular issues with e-sign (among other things). It regularly will not load and says that it is unavailable. If we reload it several times, eventually we can get it to work, but often it will take an hour or two to load and be used. This has slowed our productivity quite a bit as this is something we use regularly.
Can you look into this? Is there an compensation that can be offered for our wasted time in trying to get this service to work? Maybe a free month?Thanks for your help…

Failed to Get All Signatures, Filled all Signature Blocks with One Signature Instead
I sent a document out for three signatures to three different email addresses. Adobe placed the first recipient's signature in all three signature blocks and told me "all recipients signed" the document. This does not work, people!!!!!

False Advertising
The company and makes false advertising in the google search, where it appears as "Compact PDFs for free online | Adobe Acrobat (Brazil)", when clicking on the link, the company blocks the service through a window where it informs the subscription options.

Invisible signatures
Sometimes Adobe Sign returns invisible signatures when I specifically make them 'visible' when preparing the form- is there a way to make all signatures visible?

i was not given the option to do asynchronous signatures, but i should be able to change that after the fact. also if an email bounces, i should be able to replace it without restriction.

Adobe sent my document to the wrong recipient
Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?

Documents never delivered to signers for signature
By making it work!
I have submitted two documents, one with 2 counterparties, one with three, carefully ensuring that all email addresses are correct. I get an email each time confirming that the doc has been sent for signature.
None are ever received by the signers.
The signers carefully checked their spam folders. Nothing. Reminders are not delivered, either.1 vote
