    Ich benötige für meine Mac Book mit High Sierra die ältere Version CS6 zu neu wieder installieren. Und diese sind einfach nicht mehr zum Download verfügbar. Ich zahle zwar monatlich, kann aber das Programm nicht mehr installieren. Bitte stellt doch einfach auch noch die älteren Versionen zur verfügung.

  3. Business Managed Admin Functionality

    Acrobat is a horrible product for business users in a. I am an admin and the functionality to manage your products and services while deploying them to users is abysmal. I am so sorry I purchased this and will be looking for any alternative. Look... the 1990's called and they want your outdated product strategy back! This is the age of cybersecurity and secure document management.   4. Terrible Fill & Sign Experience

    I'm highly dissatisfied with this experience, I waited an extremely long time to fill out and sign two documents. The filling out process went fine, but when it went to signing everything fell apart. Somehow the system saved the document with a small signature, not the one I resized, and you can't fix/delete those after saving. Once I put an entirely new page in, the signature would go in fine, but then it would "save my changes" forever after it already said "Changes Saved" and then it wouldn't download correctly or print. I will never use this again.

  5. Upsetting Cancellation Fee

    I needed adobe for one month, and was charged a large cancellation fee when I cancelled my plan. This is upsetting and a horrible way to attract future customers. Please fix your business model.

  11. Cancel my subscription for the hundredth time

    I keep getting emails to pay for a plan I asked ages ago to be cancelled!!! Will you please CANCEL it, you can clearly see I do NOT use it as it corrupts some of files.

    APPAULED that Adobe would release such a product. It should be removed from the market. It's clearly a terribly buggy pre-beta.
    Have lost hours upon hours of work. Just disappeared.

    I want to access AdobeSign. I want to send and manage via Adobe Sign site. I have been trying to access the site for over 2 hours and keep getting route back to this stupid acrobat.adobe.com/link/home page and I have never hated adobe so much.

  19. Where are invoices???

    Where did invoices go?? I cannot find them and I can't get them emailed to me. It's garbage when I have to subscribe with a ccard monthly, and have to provide the invoice to the ccard charges. Unnecessarily complex.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. You can access your invoice by following below steps:

    1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com

    2. Now click on Adobe accounts option under Profile icon present at top right corner

    3. You can check your invoice under Plans and payment menu
