  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. No load, dark screen

    Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

  2. Unsharing a PDF should not remove any comments

    Unsharing the PDF removes comments collaborators added during their review of the PDF (added at such time when share was permitted). It's really not acceptable for unsharing a PDF to affect the comments in any way! :( Please fix this.

  3. How to Find and Remove Duplicate MSG Emails Easily in Windows?

    I have multiple MSG email files saved on my Windows PC, and many of them are duplicates. What is the easiest and safest way to detect and remove duplicate MSG emails without losing important data?

  4. Error in saving docx changes

    Acrobat keeps giving the error message shown in the attached file, and won't save any changes to a docx file despite repeated attempts

  5. Safari Functionality

    The Acrobat document upload stopped working today with Safari. First, the Select a file link didn’t work. I had to drag and drop. Then the file I uploaded disappeared from the Recents, and then when I finally located it and copied the link, it would not paste. I literally had to email the link to myself and then forward it. Not great functionality when you’re facing a deadline.

  6. Organizing Pages does NOT save.

    Incredibly Frustrating Software. The application has failed to save my changes four times now and has made me completely re-do my PDF every single time. Very laggy. Will not recommend to others.

  7. Rubbish. Much better elsewhere on the market

    Genuinely terrible. You've put the most basic things behind a paywall and for whatever reason, a PDF takes 30 years to load when preparing for editing but that doesn't happen on smaller PDF editing providers.

  9. AI Acrobat is Driving Me Crazy, Make It Stop!

    Is there an option in the online version of Acrobat to turn off all the AI and unhelpful popups? It might be helpful to first time users but all the AI **** is useless for experienced power users. It actually costs me more time to try and figure out how to make it stop.

  10. Only Left half of the page was converted

    The data on the right half of the PDF for all pages is clipped. Only the left part has been extracted.

  15. Opravit web aplikaci

    Kdykoliv když použiju tento nástroj, vyplním data, tak nějaké stále mizí.
    Není to poprvé co se tohle děje a lidé si stěžují už 9 let na fórech a stále to není opravené.
    Není cesta jak exportovat celý vyplněný dokument, bez toho aniž bych musel stahovat desktop app. Naprosto k ničemu. Chtěl jsem udělal rychlou úpravu, která by zabrala 5 minut.. Ale už hodinu řeším že se 2 pole stále nexportují

  16. How did Glassi Casino become so popular in India so quickly?

    A couple years ago I had barely heard about Glassi Casino, and now it seems like everyone is talking about it. Between the giant welcome bonus, live games, and mobile app, it feels like the platform exploded almost overnight. What made it grow so fast compared to other casinos?

  17. Bug

    The dropdown menu on the right side of the file listing pane does not always get refreshed for all events. One event is when a file is added on a site refresh, the ... disappears.

  18. Not working

    I have been trying to edit a document since 8:00 AM and it keeps circling for hours at a time. I have closed out, resigned in, cleared my browser data, tried uploading an older document version and none of these are working.

  20. Feature doesn't work

    I have been trying to use the Fill and Sign feature in Adobe Acrobat which is included in my subscription. I have watched the tutorial and the steps in that version appear logical, as does the current version. However, I cannot get past the step where it places the signature block. I always get a message that other signers are on the document (true) but I don't want to send it to them, just the one I want e-signed. Also, even though I provide the signature block, it always put another one on the page. This would be so great…
