  1. Tech support?

    For some reason everytime I open and pdf and try to edit the options for the member to sign, it freezes up on me. I can only edit the box to name, date, signature etc. If I log in to adobe and do it.

  2. Streamline opening in the app

    So I work in the Acrobat app since it has some key features the web interface doesn't just yet, which means opening it through the web interface. So I hit that little ellipses to get to the Open in App prompt a lot.

    Problem is, the icons shift to the right as the document loads in (especially if you open multiple PDF tabs and switch between). Meaning I will very often hit the Read Aloud button instead, which sends me rushing to reload the page before my computer starts shouting at me.

    Ive sent multiple E-signs and they always come back signed in fields that weren't even assigned, I have to send the agreemetns out multiple times SMH

  5. False Advertising

    Adobe made me sign up for their paid service, in order for me to be able to download my edited pdf file, after the service was advertised as FREE on Google multiple times. It then corrupted my fully edited file after it had me sign up for the free trial. I cannot afford this time back. I regret my time spent with Adobe, as I was lured with false advertising, and then the website didn't uphold it's other promise of allowing a fully edited file to be downloaded following a subscription sign-up for the Adobe service. I'm very disappointed.

  7. Bring back the off line old pdf

    Total trash. I want the old version back. This is trash. Will never work with Adobe again. All trash. Worthless trash. You charge for this trash adding adds. And in app perches. Completely trash. ********. All Adobe programs are trash.

  14. Uptime improvements needed

    Improve uptime on your servers. Adobe E-sign totally crapped out, right at the peak of tax season! Now we are forced to find an alternative. Please also work more closely with Intuit on your software integrations. Needs to be smoother.

    Hi Adobe Acrobat Sign Team,
    I’m writing to formally request an enhancement to Adobe Sign’s workflow capabilities, as the current limitations are creating significant friction in real‑world enterprise use cases.

    In large programs (particularly government and regulated environments), it is common to require progressive endorsement and approval of the same document, where:

    Initial endorsements are captured (e.g. project or executive endorsement), and
    The same document, with visible endorsement signatures, is then routed to downstream managers or functional leads for approval.

    At present, Adobe Sign effectively prevents this pattern once signatures…

    Adobe cloud is probably the worst software portal I have used in the past 10 years. Signing a simple document is a ******* maze - how are you actually in business? You should. fire everyone who ever worked on this piece of **** and dissolve your company
