For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. I used the E-sign yesterday, and now it wont work. We pay for adobe and other things from our company, so i dont understand why we cant use your E-sign system..

  4. the desktop version made my mostly text PDF look like ****, so I'm trying the online PDF compressor. It's been "compressing" my file for at least 5min...I'm over it! this really shouldn't be so hard.

  9. The website is painstakingly slow, takes long times to load highlights etc and is just a pain ********** to use most of the time. Would be nice to be able to use this without taking twice the time I normally would to work on a text.

  17. I want to download Adobe Acrobat. I have NEVER EVER wanted or needed to use any storage in the US corporation, which will grant automatic access to the US government. My company provides its own cloud solution. So, when I click on Acrobat, why am I sent to this junk?????

  18. Hi everyone,

    I’ve been working on some custom packaging layouts recently (specifically for pre roll packaging) and saving them as PDFs using Adobe Acrobat. One challenge I’ve faced is ensuring the design and dimensions stay intact when sharing with print vendors or uploading to product pages.

    For example, here’s one of the packaging formats I’ve worked with recently:

    Locking design layers or preserving bleed/cut lines when exporting?

    Preventing accidental edits when sending files to clients or suppliers?

  20. Missing file download from bulk sign. Following recent update, the ability to download individual files from a bulk sign is missing. Now I need to send 40+ individual invoices for signing when before it was only 2 bulk signs and I could then download the files. Please help bring this back or help me find the function for it.
