2. Confusing storage and file access

   Just upgrade to Pro to convert PDF to other formats or edit.

   Finding it keeps pulling me into cloud version of tools, shows me all files in a list (not my local file directories). REALLY confusing where you are putting m,y work and how I can store it so I know which items go with which projects.

   Frustrating first day - was working more understandably before upgrade. I wouldn't renew today...

3. Can't send multiple templates for e-signature at once.

   Removal of the option to send multiple forms for e-signature is a HUGE step backward and the only reason I was using this service to begin with. Bogging down everyone's emails with multiple requests is neither "easier" or "more effective." Combining files does not allow for multiple signature lines either so there isn't even an alternative to the old functionality of e-signing.

4. get a business only solution that actually works for just documents without all of the coreldraw wannabe apps.

   most of the time docs dont load correctly. Im trying to merge 3 pdfs and one is blank forms. Colossal waste of time to have to do everything multiple times.

5. bring back the old version, this new design is the worst thing that has happened to my professional life

   The latest changes that fundamentally changed its design is the worst thing you could have done to the amazing software that it was. It is so difficult to nevigate through it since it changed everything. Now I cannot add initials for a service agreement by clicking on the option for it to be included in evry page which was the case in the original design, this new one does not give this option and I have to add 20+ initials on each page, arghhhhhh. Seriously can you bring the old version. I do not consent to being upgraded to this new version. I want you to restore my adobe to how it was. my user name is nish@immifix.com.au. I am waiting to hear from you soon. Thanks.

    Hello Teo,

    For adding a stamp you can add it following this steps:

    1. Open a PDF
    2. On E-Sign tab select add/edit signature
    3. A dialog should open
    4. Select image from the top buttons
    5. Select the stamp you want to use
    6. Click save
    7. Place the stamp where you want it

    In case you want someone else to stamp the pdf

    1. Open a PDF
    2. On E-Sign tab select Request e-signatures
    3. Add a recipient 
    4. On the left panel select E-signature
    5. Select stamp
    6. Place the field where you want the stamp
    7. Send the agreement

16. Bugs

    1) when adding a comment & using the @ button to remove formatting, entering a space in the text before the @ that you have added (which is a nuisance) move the cursor to after the @ sign, so you cannot add continuing text
    2) program randomly shifts so that scroll only goes to top & bottom of pages rather than allowing scroll throughout a page; the only apparent fix for this is to exit & reopen the program
    3) when using the search function & stopping to make a change, then going back to search, the search goes back a few pages & repeats rather than starting from the point of the last search item
    4) have been getting a message that there is a maximum number of comments that can be included in a file
    5) you need an e-mail for which customers can communicate with you; i spent almost an hour on the phone with tech support for a problem that was clearly a software flaw -- a waste of my time and his

    This new version of Acrobat Pro Online just sucks. Is there a way to default to the legacy version????

20. Very frustrating morning utilizing Adobe

    Hello,
    I have some hardships I am experiencing with Adobe today. I have been working for about 2 hours now to try and compile a file to send for signature. It is very time consuming to delete out the auto populated fields I don't need (in the past, I could just hit the delete key and It went quickly), the file keeps erring out on me which results in kicking me out of it. I then have to log out of the website entirely and log back in to try and work on it again. It does not save my work because it isn't connected to One Drive. And it also has converted my text into jibberish. I'm not sure if there is a glitch in the system, but it has been very frustrating this morning to use the program.
