For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I have had a subscription for years and I keep getting told that I have to buy a subscription. I have deactivated the program from a computer and it won't download and I keep getting the same stupid message. I have a different primary computer and nothing I do seems to help and your chat just gave up on me. I am about ready to cancel since I can't use the blankety blank program.

  3. I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

  5. There should be a default setting for this.
    Depending on the organization or task, a user will find a preference. Having to change from the default on each submission is a waste of time.

  6. Why is there no Document List/List of Agreements on the E-Sign panel?
    That would maintain the topical assignment and pre-filter associated documents.

  8. Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this).

  9. My documents didn't autosaved when need and it now i'm backed up hours of work. If anything maybe put on a settings on your open spaced tab to allow us to manually save or automatically save the work after minutes of no interaction.

  10. I used to have a whole bunch of options when I wanted to send a document for e-signature. Now, it doesn't give me any options, and it doesn't do what I want! I can't change the message like I used to, I can't add more receipients like I used to, I can't say that I've already created my signature fields like I used to. Document signing has always been frustrating, because the options change every single time, but now it is REALLY frustrating!

  15. When reviewing and commenting a PDF file in the Acrobat web version, it does not recognise the "Delete" button, or simple keyboard input as is the case in the desktop version.

  16. When using image as a signature, after saving the document (Using "Download this document"), the signature get downscaled to some quite bad and unusable quality.

  18. Adobe online account and desktop account keeps crashing. I've done everything I needed to do to uninstall restart clean and fix it. Paying for pro DC and nothing works online or on desktop application.

  19. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.
