How does Reminder system work?
I've setup Reminders for 2 documents and they both show the next Reminder day correctly, but there is no evidence of a reminder being sent prior to that date. Just wondering what the trick is to seeing what the reminder system is doing. Eg did it attempt to send at the required time and failed, was it successful or not?

actually just working - I am trying to save a document for a client and it just keeps saying an error has occurred - I have tried several different ways- your software needs to be more reliable considering how much I am paying. I will need to use something else instead because this just can't do the most simple tasks like combining a document.

Acrobat Documents ONLINE - PDF POSITION
Acrobat Documents ONLINE - so if I have 200 PDF scanned and with no names, just dates, so I don't know what they are until I click each one, large previews would come in handy at that point, and then, I click on it to open the PDF, then go, oh I see, no, that's not the one, and I'm somewhere in the middle of 200, say around the 98th PDF, and close the opened PDF it takes me back... TO THE TOP. Now I have to look and scroll down to find my last position. That's bad. BAD.

Acrobat Documents Online UI
Online Adobe Acrobat Documents. Good improvements, but convoluted. How come I can't delete with an icon DIRECTLY visible? Why when making a edit of an Adobe Scan PDF does it save it in 'Your Documents'??? I don't want more DUPLICATES. Can be stressful when getting work DONE.

Does not open documents
Adobe opens documents however then attempts to login to the site and glitches then closes the document. I have found the only way to open a document is to login then save the document then open it. Very disappointed that I paid a subscription for an extremely glitchy non effective product.

Click Bait Bullsh!t
okay so there is basically no reason for me to have downloaded creative cloud or even have it to begin with. Because, well its a piecemeal marketing scheme to generate revenue, as I see you want me to buy photoshop and then down load it, sepaerately... Thank you for pushing a an uneccesarry product or add on through a click-bait/ bait and switch method. I will keep my adope acrobat and delete my creative cloud as it serves no function or purpose other than to show me potentially what i could do, for just a few dollars more. Thank you.

I am so frustrated!!! I have an account and instead of taking me to what I already paid for-all I get are ads to upgrade me. Not easy to go to my account. I don't have time to sort through all your ad's right now.

Frustrations
I have had a subscription for years and I keep getting told that I have to buy a subscription. I have deactivated the program from a computer and it won't download and I keep getting the same stupid message. I have a different primary computer and nothing I do seems to help and your chat just gave up on me. I am about ready to cancel since I can't use the blankety blank program.

Help to cancel free 7 day trial
I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

Complete in Order/Any Order default
There should be a default setting for this.
Depending on the organization or task, a user will find a preference. Having to change from the default on each submission is a waste of time.1 vote -

Last 'sign' button poorly labelled.
Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this).
