You have to fix the google chrome cookie issue! I have to keep clearing my cookies in order to use the adobe sign product but doing so also clears all my auto fill settings...

Increase Usability & Convenience
Allow a single document, such as a Conflict of Interest form, to be sent to multiple recipients, but each recipient signs their own, individual form that is returned to the sender. So, if I send the Conflict of Interest form to 25 board members, I get back 25 emails, one from each board member, with the signed form; I end up with 25 individual signed Conflict of Interest forms.

extra features
when I open a scanned pdf I want the option of changing its name rather than going through the process of opening it to see what it is then having to close it again before I can change its name. I want to be able to download a batch of scanned pdfs not to combine them but to choose a batch of pdfs and download them as separate pdf files

unacceptable limitations on settings
I don't have access to most of the account settings I was expecting to see, such as Global Settings and Data Governance. I only have "Personal Preferences" "Account settings" (which is limited to 3 drop down items) and "Privacy". Is this limited for my paid subscription since I don't have the enterprise version? If so, this wasn't made clear to me before I subscribed. Confused and frustrated.

Create a template not working
"create a template" is not working. I have tried uploading multiple file types, and different types of documents, and I keep receiving an error message. The link in "create a template" for "learn more" is also a broken webpage.

Tout d'abord bravo et merci pour cette application.
J'aimerais toutefois savoir s'il serait possible, si ce n'est déjà le cas, lors de la prise de photos que l'enregistrement des documents soit fait directement dans le dossier dans lequel nous nous trouvions au préalable, avant de lancer la capture de photos.
Et deuxième requête, je souhaiterais également savoir s'il serait envisageable depuis la plateforme web de sélectionner puis glisser les documents dans les dossiers voulus.
Troisième et dernière demande, existe-t'il un lien direct vers l'espace de document sans avoir à passer par la page d'accueil d'ADOBE?Dans l'attente de votre…

Complaint
I needed to edit a PDF form and sign it. But due to the complete lack of instructions and/or menus and options I've lost 2 documents that were complete. So dedicated to ensuring the free version is useless, you have in fact done a great job and really ****** off a potential customer and everybody on the internet, when I'm done. Congrats!

Notifications aren't timely
Would like immediate notifications to email when new comments are available on shared documents. Even when I switched my settings from "daily digest" to "all emails", it doesn't seem to be prompt. Sometimes I need to get notified mid-day that someone has reviewed and commented. It would be helpful to have additional notification settings.

Disappointed
By actually telling the truth if something is free or not. Going to compress my files with a truly free program. Not everyone has a bunch of money to spend on software. Adobe products are not affordable whatsoever...

Customer support took forever
I was on the support chat for 110 minutes to accomplish only the following:
1) Why can't I prepare web forms?
2) You don't have the right license
3) What license do I need? ....
4) send me to several support folks
5) finally get to sales
6) Oh wait you need business sales
7) Finally purchase the license.
8) now we need to send you to someone in cancellation
9) Well I can't cancel the license without your primary admin emailing us.
10) Who's that? We have two system admins, including me. Shouldn't I be able to do this?…1 vote
